Been to this restaurant many times to dine in. We have also ordered Doordash from them so many times I lost count. The food is AMAZING and delicious. Worth every penny. I order the garlic shrimp not spicy, and occasionally the one with crabs. Its so good I can eat a pound by myself. Highly recommend them. Always consistent and never disappoints.

This wasn’t my first time at Pier88, and as always, the food did not disappoint. It’s served quickly, and everything tastes fantastic. The crab legs, in particular, are delicious, though I wish there were more tools to make eating them a bit easier. Unfortunately, the service this time was not great. Our waiter was dressed in a tracksuit and zip-up hoodie, which gave the impression of someone casually passing by and taking our order. It didn’t feel professional, and it seemed like she didn’t enjoy being there. We also waited quite a while just to get our drinks, which was frustrating. On top of that, the choice of music was questionable and didn’t match the vibe of the restaurant. I’ll come back for the food, but I really hope they work on improving the service and overall atmosphere.

Stopped in for an early dinner and sat at the bar. The service was great and the fried catfish and shrimp were delicious! Highly recommended if you are a seafood lover. I also hear they have a good happy hour..

The greeter at the door had a beautiful personality, the waitress was cool and honest.
This place has it's crowd, I'm sure but it is not me. It had a very nightclub feel and the service was mediocre, at best. I felt like I was more of an annoyance to the bartender than a customer. The Calamari was clearly made from frozen. Tasted like little rubberbands. The shrimp was tasty but greasy. I will certainly not be going back and I am sure that is just fine with them. It goes along with their "whatever" customer service style.

From the time we entered until we left, our waitress was super attentive, kind, and sympathetic. The food came out piping hot in a very timely manner. The ambiance was everything. The only complaint I have is that I would've wanted the volume up a tad bit more for the music. That was very minor, though. I love this place.
Parking: Tons of parking. It's in a shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old nephew enjoyed the crayons and the fact that he could write on the table. ?
