It's too loud in there and the lighting is off. Too dim for that environment. Everything looks jammed in there like closed in. They need to maximize on the space. I ordered to go bcuz I wasn't staying in there. And I wanted to because it was my first time and I was on a date. However, the food was enjoyable I guess that's why people still go there

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars Ordered from Pier 88 through DoorDash and the delivery was super fast — but that’s the only good thing I can say. Every single thing in my order was cold, except for the lobster tail. The shrimp even had cold spots like it had just come out of the fridge. The sauce was cold too, not even a little warm. It honestly felt like the food had been sitting out all day. Really disappointed because I was looking forward to it. I’ll definitely stick to Boil Bay from now on. This was terrible — and honestly makes me wonder if I could’ve gotten sick from eating it.

I ordered online and it was horrific I received mussels(yuck) when I asked for shrimp and a order of potatoes and corn in mild 88 sauce received just potatoes…smh. If I order again I will remove everything from the bag for accuracy!

If you want to recommend a fried fish place to your mama and not get slapped, this would be the place! I ordered fried whiting with cajun fries and a piña coloda. My server Chris had great hospitality and made me feel like a cousin! If you have noise sensitivity, it is loud ,but I’m black so I’m use to it not a problem for me. There are all kinds of people enjoying the food so come down if you want to eat good! I’m not from Virginia btw!

Drove from Nc on a Saturday night @10pm only to get greeted with dining room closed and only take out orders when they close @ 11:30
My wife and I moved to the area not too long ago. This has easily become a favorite spot for us. The drinks are delicious. My wife lovessss their oysters and they are worth the price. I love the fried shrimp with the po boy sauce is to die for. We have to come here at least biweekly and it doesn’t break the bank.

So I came to this location because my family was visiting va beach and everyone else wanted del taco but not me I wanted the seafood I mean I'm at the beach and this place is next door to del taco, basically, so I wasn't expecting much considering it's about 20 minutes from the beach. But i tell you this place was great and reasonably priced, server was great she kept coming making sure I was I ok. Would highly recommend.
