Over 40 years of ordering pizza from various places, this Pizza Hut location has the distinction of being the absolute worst. I've given them three chances and every time they were at least 30 minutes late (the anticipated delivery time is almost always around 40 minutes, so it's take them anywhere from 1 hour 10 minutes to 2 hours 30. Really). All three times, the order has been incorrect, and 2 out of the 3 times, I've gotten someone else's order.
Every time, I've called the store. They canceled the credit card charge twice, but on the third (and last) occasion, the manager told me that we could pay for our order and just eat the less costly incorrect order they delivered, or my family could wait another 2 hours for them to redo the whole thing. After reporting them for credit card fraud, this was the last time I ordered.
Do not do business here.

Ordered a carryout pan pizza & it's not cooked properly. Half raw in the center & barely brown on the bottom. I will not return. Thanks for nothing

Pizza and cinnamon buns were not good. When I tried to utilize a deal that was available on their website, they said it was not available in my area for some reason. It's been over a year since I've personally ordered from pizza hut and it will be that time or more before I order again.

They don't deliver and I'm only two miles away but to be far there was only one person working at the time and she said she did have a driver currently but food itself was good for that I can't give it a perfect score

Parking: It's in a small shopping center but there is plenty of parking because you will have to take out or curbside
The general manager was super sweet and helpful. My pizza was hot and fresh. She was very helpful and friendly I would definitely order from this location

No stars if I could!! I absolutely hate this PIZZA HUT anymore!! Lately all I've been having is issues with this place. First off they just need to fire the young lady up front, she's rude as hell and has no hospitality at all. Second, they don't know how to answer phones, AT ALL!!! Not to place an order or to fix an order!! And the phone thing been like this for mths now! I do have to say thank you to the young male cook for trying to ease my blood pressure, I swear if that young lady was there I would have snapped! But other then that everyone else seems to just care about making their own meal to eat and getting off the clock! If I had a choice I'd fire the young lady and the managers with her!!! Absolute FAIL!!

The one I went to on military highway, I gave 2 chances, and both times, they screwed it up. I'll never go there again and will buy my pizza from the other pizza places. They are rude with attitudes and don't care if your order is correct. I didn't get any sauce for my cheese sticks, I ordered and paid for extra cheese (which was 2 freaking dollars) and clearly you can see my pizza didn't get the extra cheese on it that I paid for and it was burnt.. and this isn't the first time they did this to me, so NO more will they take my money and not give me what I pay for...

Put in a order and the time was 45-56 minutes for delivery. 1.5 hour goes by call to check on the order and they gonna tell me they been so busy they don't know where my order is. Very bad business orders come in one at a time know matter busy it is you should be able to keep up with orders. I will never shop with pizza hut again.
