This place is complete Trash. I used to order from here all the time. That being said I can't unsee what I've seen, for starters the place is absolutely disgusting, a breeding ground for rouches and mildew. To top it off that the dishes where not being washed properly with old rotten food still on the pans, what they call clean. So if you've ever eaten here then felt really sick now you know why STAY fAR AWAY.

Everyone works in unison to get the orders out on time and accurately. The cashiers and managers really go out of their way to help you save money by being knowledgeable about the deals and specials on their menu. The store manager is phenomenal. I work right down the road, so we have started coming here frequently for lunch. I love walking in and seeing his smiling face. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. Btw, the Flatzz pizzas are amazing!

Visited this location today and the first thing I saw when I walked in the door was an LMNOPQRST spokesperson behind the counter. Customer service is not what it use to be. You would think that as much as stuff cost, companies would try harder.

My fiancé called in a order tonight..the kid on the phone, was.... not the greatest order taker! He had to tell him the first order 2-3 times (not hard) an med pan cheese with beef!! When he repeated the order back. The 1st pizza Wasn't included on the order!! Wait, what?? So he said, where's my first pizza. After repeating it 2+ times. He finalized the call. He went to pick them up, Guess what?!! It was STILL WRONG. He made them redo the pan,chesse,beef pizza and when he got home, I immediately saw that it was undercooked. And yes it was slightly doughy, eating it. He has ordered from them MANY times with no issues, but this was a joke..he said 2 people were standing around doing nothing but talking while 1 lady was cooking, mopping etc etc!!! Shame on PH
