The general manager was super sweet and helpful. My pizza was hot and fresh. She was very helpful and friendly I would definitely order from this location

No stars if I could!! I absolutely hate this PIZZA HUT anymore!! Lately all I've been having is issues with this place. First off they just need to fire the young lady up front, she's rude as hell and has no hospitality at all. Second, they don't know how to answer phones, AT ALL!!! Not to place an order or to fix an order!! And the phone thing been like this for mths now! I do have to say thank you to the young male cook for trying to ease my blood pressure, I swear if that young lady was there I would have snapped! But other then that everyone else seems to just care about making their own meal to eat and getting off the clock! If I had a choice I'd fire the young lady and the managers with her!!! Absolute FAIL!!

The one I went to on military highway, I gave 2 chances, and both times, they screwed it up. I'll never go there again and will buy my pizza from the other pizza places. They are rude with attitudes and don't care if your order is correct. I didn't get any sauce for my cheese sticks, I ordered and paid for extra cheese (which was 2 freaking dollars) and clearly you can see my pizza didn't get the extra cheese on it that I paid for and it was burnt.. and this isn't the first time they did this to me, so NO more will they take my money and not give me what I pay for...

Put in a order and the time was 45-56 minutes for delivery. 1.5 hour goes by call to check on the order and they gonna tell me they been so busy they don't know where my order is. Very bad business orders come in one at a time know matter busy it is you should be able to keep up with orders. I will never shop with pizza hut again.

Poor young lady here couldn’t smile, couldn’t greet the customer, had a foul expression on her face. I suppose she was having a bad day that she allowed to transfer into her work. Looks like she was by herself. Perhaps someone called out. ??♂️. When bad things happen, people can choose to get a bad attitude which makes things worse for everyone. Or people can keep a good attitude and make the best of the situation. America is scraping the bottom of the barrel after pushing brain damaging music, alcohol, drugs, and false religion, state sponsored religion (evolution) which breeds hopelessness and misery. AND the economy sucks because of the money grubbin grabblers (Da Jooz). ?

I come to this pizza hut often and normally my food is good. This time, everything was bad. I asked for the Tastemaster pizza with extra sauce. I received a thin crust pizza with light sauce. I also ordered bone-in sweet chili wings. I received boneless sweet chili wings(which I don't like at all). Customer service is always great and the store itself was well maintained. I just wish that my order was edible, especially with me not feeling like cooking tonight.
