I’m giving this rating because the cool kid Simeon decided to remake my order no problems after my first pizza looked like day old pizza LOL Yung Gravy up front was a character too LOL THESE WERE A BUNCH OF COOL YOUNGINS and to hear they had already had a night with a psycho customer, I appreciate Simeon going out his way… and I hope I’m spelling his name right

ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago, it never came. i called the store multiple times they wouldn’t answer. i got in touch with someone from another store telling me that they “refunded” the money, i’ve yet to see any type of refund.

Placed an online order. I received a text saying it had been delivered at 8:27 pm. I called the restaurant to dispute this. It took 30 minutes to reach the restaurant. They were supposed to remake the order. 15 minutes later the shift manager called back saying she could figure out how to credit my order back so she could put it back in. I told her I don't care how she did it I just wanted my order. She hung up on me. When my order finally arrived 30 minutes later it was missing several items. When I called back about the missing items she told me she didn't have an order. She refused to give me the district manager's number.
