Placed an online order. I received a text saying it had been delivered at 8:27 pm. I called the restaurant to dispute this. It took 30 minutes to reach the restaurant. They were supposed to remake the order. 15 minutes later the shift manager called back saying she could figure out how to credit my order back so she could put it back in. I told her I don't care how she did it I just wanted my order. She hung up on me. When my order finally arrived 30 minutes later it was missing several items. When I called back about the missing items she told me she didn't have an order. She refused to give me the district manager's number.

I’ve had pizza and bone-in wings from this location many times. The food is always hot, fresh and delish! I’ve always been a Pizza Hut fan. The customer service on the phone and when picking up my order is also excellent, courteous and friendly!
I've ordered from here for 2 years this last time will be the last. The place it falling apart and in desperate need of of deep clean. The fryer went down and they were holding up several order for wings. They said 15-20 minutes for wings. I said if my pizzas are ready now Ill taken and leave. They were in fact done and they were going to let them sit for up to 20 minutes to wait for 8 wings. They gave me no coupon or anything. I took the pizza and said keep the 8 wings. I won't be back.
