They do a great job keeping up with all the deliveries going out. We used them for a work party and everyone was pleased. There's a nostalgic feeling when getting pizza hut.

Terrible experience. Lost my order when they passed it to DoorDash and then attempted to remake after I called, they didn’t figure this out until 1.5hrs later when we called. We ordered through Pizza Hut app and not DoorDash this is a broken system. This is the second time we’ve had an issue with their delivery service. Be warned do not order delivery from this company, they will pass it to DoorDash and either steal some of your food or lose it entirely.

On the 11th my sister placed a order for 8 pizzas (double cut) and a order of bread sticks for her daughters birthday party, mind you she lives in Elizabeth City this is the closest place to her and its 35 minutes away! So she gets her mother to grab the pizzas otw to the party and they only give her 4 pizzas! So she drives 35 minutes to the party my sister is obviously stressed why is there only 4 so she calls and they say “oh they are sitting on the counter, i can give you a free soda” why would yall not give all the pizza at the same time mind you now someone has to drive 35 minutes there and back so now a hour and 10 mins into the party the rest of the pizza can be brought and guess what, the pizzas are not double cut like ordered we have tried to reach out to a manager and email and nothing back, this is ridiculous and needs be compensated not a “free soda” you have made someone drive A HOUR and 1/2 for pizza because of your mistake! She needs a refund for the half that was forgotten or half off her next order. Do better.

When I placed the pizza in my car to drive home, the smell was not a mouthwatering smell, but a chemically rancid smell. It nauseated me and I figured maybe it will test better than it smells. I tried it and could only stomach one bite. It tasted like cleaner mixed with grease. It was so gross. I couldn't eat the rest of the pizza. What a waste. The smell lingered and made me lose my appetite. I used to love pizza hut but this has really turned me off of them. The location (cedar rd) was filthy.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and some hot wings for dinner. I went to pick it up and of course it was ready. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I always order from that particular Pizza Hut. If it’s delivered they’re always on time and my food is always hot.
These wings showed up like they got dressed for a business meeting—barely any sauce, dry as a desert, and lookin’ like they need a hug. I’m over here thinking I’m about to get a sweet, sticky, finger-licking mess, but nah, these wings got about three drops of sauce on them like someone rationed it during the apocalypse. It’s like the sauce guy sneezed on ‘em and called it a day.
Pizza Hut, y’all wrong for this. I’ve had more flavor on a communion wafer. If you’re gonna sell wings, SELL WINGS! Give me sauce! I want my wings to be swimming in it, like they’re doing laps at the YMCA. Instead, I got these dry chicken nuggets with a faint memory of barbecue. I’m gonna need a whole gallon of water just to choke these down.
Final verdict? Trash. You fooled me once, Pizza Hut. Next time, I’m going to a real wing spot.
