I ordered 2 large pizzas and some hot wings for dinner. I went to pick it up and of course it was ready. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I always order from that particular Pizza Hut. If it’s delivered they’re always on time and my food is always hot.
These wings showed up like they got dressed for a business meeting—barely any sauce, dry as a desert, and lookin’ like they need a hug. I’m over here thinking I’m about to get a sweet, sticky, finger-licking mess, but nah, these wings got about three drops of sauce on them like someone rationed it during the apocalypse. It’s like the sauce guy sneezed on ‘em and called it a day.
Pizza Hut, y’all wrong for this. I’ve had more flavor on a communion wafer. If you’re gonna sell wings, SELL WINGS! Give me sauce! I want my wings to be swimming in it, like they’re doing laps at the YMCA. Instead, I got these dry chicken nuggets with a faint memory of barbecue. I’m gonna need a whole gallon of water just to choke these down.
Final verdict? Trash. You fooled me once, Pizza Hut. Next time, I’m going to a real wing spot.

Their pizza is good, but they can’t seem to get an order correct to save their life. This is the second or third time in like 5. I order specialty pizzas and open them at home to find standard pepperonis. Then they don’t answer the phone when you call. Guess we’re going to stay with Domino’s.
I was picking up a dash order when I arrived I was given a time that my order would be done which was about 25 minutes later so I went and sat in my truck. I went in at the time she told me and she was in the back. I waited for about 5 min before I said excuse me to the other employees b/c no one acknowledged me. I ask them to let her know I was up front and she said she was coming. When she finally came she told me it would be another 5 minutes it was already almost 10 min after the original time she told me. Very poor customer service

We ordered two pizzas for delivery and one showed up with a piece missing. When we called the store to get it fixed, they gave us a difficult time and when they finally agreed to fix it the replacement pizza showed up missing half of the pizza.

AVOID THIS STORE! 1620 Cedar Rd #111, Chesapeake, VA 23322. The manager is unwilling to make right a clear mistake by the staff. Don't bother calling the store for a resolution. You will be lied to just to get you off the phone. I would also not recommend the food. My pizza arrived missing a slice, and the compensation pizza was half gone. You will find my review on Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor, and Trust pilot exposing this establishment for being a bunch of untrustworthy crooks. Hopefully, the corporate office will be willing to correct the failure of this poorly managed store

I am a dasher and when I tell you….this experience was beyond AMAZING! I think she is manager, forgot to get her name, but when I tell you, her customer service is flawless and her energy is fantastic! She has long, blonde hair and wears it in a clip. Kudos to her and she definitely deserves a raise!! (And train other sites on customer service!
