It's pretty unbelievable that they take my money and are unable to deliver my pizza because of an incorrect phone number? Seems like they just dropped the ball and didn't wanna deal with our order. Pizza Huts out in Virginia are just different I guess lol.

Online to-go order supposed to be ready @5:35, I ordered online @5:12 …. I waited OVER 30 min in their tiny lobby area with no updates. They finally got their stuff together and I got out of there with my pizzas. I could have made them from scratch at my house faster.This Pizza Hut is dead to me.Go to pizza plus down the street instead!

This is my 4th time ordering from the Pizza Hut on Cedar and this is the 4th time my order was incorrect! Each time I ask for light sauce and every time, my pizza comes swimming in sauce. I try to contact the store and that is impossible. Well, no more chances, I'm done!

Had not ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in many years. Experience was ok.
Tell me why I ordered online and had to wait over 10 minutes inside without anyone acknowledging me. I'd still be waiting if it wasn't for a delivery driver returning and I was able to get her to assist. I even tipped for a mobile order.Get it together.

My pickup order food was fresh and hot. It was the end of what was obviously a very long day for the crewmember but he was kind and courteous during my visit which isn't always easy. I was very impressed overall and will gladly return to this location.
