The food is always great but I definitely suggest picking up. I spent 10 minutes in the parking lot waiting on my order and watched their delivery driver power hit his bong in his Kia for the entirety of my wait. At least I know who to avoid on the road. 😳

I was a little disappointed when I walked in. The Assistance Manager she was the only person working. Why? She was making the, answering the phone, working the front desk and making the food and packing. You need to give her a raise and award aka money.

Forget the online ordering here. Estimated wait time is inaccurate. Was told online it would be 140min wait, so placed order accordingly. Go to pick up at the assigned pick up time and store could not locate order. Waited 45 min for a remake order, that was placed 140 min ahead of time. So dont waste your time ordering ahead. Just walk in and place. And don't even think about coming during $2 Tuesday.

Every time I call this Pizza Hut, I get left on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. When I finally do get through and leave simple instructions—like asking for no Hut Dust—they completely ignore it. It’s like they don’t even read the order notes or care what the customer asks for. The staff clearly doesn’t take customer service seriously. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. Whoever’s managing this location either needs to retrain the team or replace them entirely. Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend, the bare minimum you should be able to do is MAKE FOOD correctly, if you cannot even do that i can only imagine how you benifit society, it says alot about you as a person.

I placed order online, some of my items didn’t arrive. Because they use DoorDash for delivery you can’t request help. I called the store and I was on hold by the woman who answered for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Pizza was undercooked, but I just wanted a refund on my missing items. I had to place another order from another entity to get my items.

Pizza was delicious, except when you say light sauce they don’t put any at all, if you don’t adjust they put a bunch there doesn’t seem to be an in between. Customer service was great!

TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! Staff was loud, arguing, and playing the whole time I was in there. One pizza was ready 30 mins before the other so one was cold, dry, and hard when I got home and I only live 4 mins away. It took them 53 mins to have my full order ready. The pizza was barely cut so we had to slice it ourselves and the cinnamon sticks were not cut so it was like one big piece of bread with little cinnamon. I will not return and I wouldn’t be surprised if this Pizza Hut is shutdown based on some of the reviews.
Really wish I could leave no stars and just a review. Customer service is always horrible , food quality is a hit or miss , and when you make a complaint they act like you have done something wrong just because you want an accurate order. This Pizza Hut has tremendously went down over the years for sure !!!!

Worst Pizza Hut I ever beeen to, there lazy and don’t try to make sure you have your food in timely manner. I called ahead time to place an order for wings and pizza, I get to the restaurant and pizza but ready, I have it some time and 5 other people came and got there order before me. By then I was the only person sitting there, hour already went past and still no food or wings…. I was the only customer sitting there and they had 3 other pizza they put in the warmer and nun of the pizzza was mines and they didn’t give me and update , the girl wasn’t cooking anymore or anything. This Pizza Hut needs new staff/manage. They suck at communication
