I’ve had better government pizza from middle school re heated. This is a pathetic attempt of a pizza. Tastes like uncooked dough , maybe cooked for 5 mins .. should have made a right into papa Jon’s .. save your money ..

Placed my order, looked down to see one of the biggest roaches I've seen in my life just casually walking around my feet, unphased by the 2 other people in the lobby, immediately canceled my order. I just spent 2 days flying, not rolling the dice on adding food borne illness to all the germs I've already endured.

Only one person working wouldn't even speak to me and the music in this location was way to loud. Also the person working there was not wearing any gloves while making the pizzas. The employee also had food and glitter all over their hands after making the food and then came to the front with out cleaning their hands and touched the computer and handed me the food and the proceeded to go make more food without gloves or washing their hands.

I had a wonderful experience with the general manager named Jim at this location. I had ordered five pizzas that were due to arrive at 4:30 and I needed them to arrive later at 5:30 and he went above and beyond to make it happen for me, even though it it seemed like it was busy at the store I never felt rushed and service was never compromised. What a wonderful asset to the company!

Went here about a couple weeks ago and even to this day I am just amazed at the service pizza and commitment to the customer experience because I came in hungry and down in the dumps. And walked out with hunger passion and a drive to become the best I can be and I felt empowered and ready to take anything on. Definitely will come again!

Great customer service by Jim!! I called and needed help with an online order with splitting my wing sauces and even tho the app didn’t allow it. Jim went above and beyond told me I could call back after I placed my order and he would make sure he divided them and spilt the sauces. He could’ve easily said it wasn’t allow and left it like that be he went the extra mile for which I am grateful. Ps. It’s my Bday so he helped make it great!!

In the midst of a rush and chaos, the whole store remained very professional..the young lady cashier and Alex do excellent Tuesday nights bravo !
