Worst Pizza Hut I ever beeen to, there lazy and don’t try to make sure you have your food in timely manner. I called ahead time to place an order for wings and pizza, I get to the restaurant and pizza but ready, I have it some time and 5 other people came and got there order before me. By then I was the only person sitting there, hour already went past and still no food or wings…. I was the only customer sitting there and they had 3 other pizza they put in the warmer and nun of the pizzza was mines and they didn’t give me and update , the girl wasn’t cooking anymore or anything. This Pizza Hut needs new staff/manage. They suck at communication

Waited the order 2 hours and nothing. Btw the eta at the moment of the order was 30-40 min. Called to cancel the order and was told it will be cancelled in a very rude manner with no excuses or apologies. The very first experience and such a disappointment.

They really need to add a ZERO STAR OPTION. I just order a large pizza asked for extra sauce because they never add enough to any regular order. So I go 2 pick up the pizza and I was about 2 minutes late and the pizza wasn't ready. The girl goes to the back to grab the pizza brings it to me and doesn't even open the box. Like I thought that was standard practice, guess not. So I opened the box and the pizza looked done so I left. When I got 2 the house and ready to eat I go 2 grab a slice and the dough is stale. Go to try a bit and guess what..... Not a single drop of sauce on the entire pizza. I'm officially DONE WITH PIZZA HUT THE ENTIRE FRANCHISE. like how do you mess up pizza???!! But they find new ways every time and stuff too high to be wasting money these days.

Extremely slow service, the worker in there doesn’t even know what she’s doing. She made the took 30 minutes to make 2 pizzas then still forgot to drop the boneless wings so I have to wait another 10 minutes for her to figure out how to do her job.

Customers service was great, but the pizza wasn't. I miss the old pan pizza crust. They took away the best thing about getting Pizza Hut. The location needs cleaning. It was very dirty and unwelcoming.

I haven't had a Pizza Hut Pizza in about 10+ years. I decided to try this Pizza Hut location. The service was fast, got my Pepperoni and Onion pizza within 10 to 15 minutes. I was very disappointed when I got home and started eating the pizza. Had no taste and it was mostly crust. Pizza Hut pizza is not the same as it was over 10+ years ago. I won't be buying anymore Pizza Hut pizza's. I'll stick with their competitors for good pizza. I also would like to point out that this Pizza Hut location needs a lot of cleaning. It looked cluttered and very dirty behind the counter and where they prepare the food. I don't know how the Health Department passes this location for cleanliness. I would give them a "F" grade for cleanliness.
Please keep the kitchen clean more. I get it's all frozen crap re-heated. Just clean the place up and it's a solid location. People are nice.

Definitely one of the best Pizza Huts in Hampton Roads. I've ordered there for years and the food is always top notch. The staff is super friendly and look out for the customers. Never had a complaint and doubt I will.

I do not recommend this Pizza Hut. They delivered a My Box where the pizza had some kind of white sauce on it. Did not ask for it. When I called the store, I was given 2 options: 1. Come pick up a new one. 2. Order more items so a new can be delivered to me. The reason for the delivery was because I did not drive to WORK and why would I spend more money on more items when they messed up my order to begin with. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut in years and I don't miss it. Oh, as an after thought, the person who identified herself as the manager, said that she can put a credit on my phone number for the Pizza. Hmmm.....Keep it. I won't be back. Wish I could contact corporate. I WANTED MY PIZZA.
