I should get this hair tested for DNA so I can see proved who stole my paid for order and was absolutely disgusting about it. Never going any pizza hut again. Disgusting.

Not sure who thought this was a good idea, but this is how our 3 personal pizzas arrived. They were cold and look like they have been manhandled, if not dropped. I called the store and they were completely unapologetic when they should be ashamed. This is gross and unacceptable.

👎 👎 Not the Pizza Hut it once was. Overpriced and decreased quality/taste. The location also outsourced the delivery to DoorDash driver, who didn’t bother to knock or ring doorbell.

I can order a pizza 90 minutes in advance of pickup. They will still take an extra 20 minutes beyond the pickup time, because they just can’t get it done. Take a look at the pizza after I opened the box at home (11 mile drive). This is shameful.

Ordered online for my family since they were not able to get out of the house (I was 200 miles away). For some reason, they used DoorDash for the delivery and an item was missing. When I called the store, the first rep told me to go get the missing items, insisting even after I told them I was 200 miles away. I did not order just to get a refund. Customer service was poor and I ended up rejecting the refund altogether. Not doing Pizza Hut again..

Was served COLD food! The place looked disheveled when I walked in, it needs a good deep clean lol. However the staff was very nice, all I got was a chicken Alfredo bake, started eating in the parking lot because I was on lunch. Got 1/4 of the way through just to find that it was cold in the middle. So hopefully I don’t get sick but the staff made up for it, and made me a fresh one that they actually checked the temp of before serving this time.

We had a larger sized order of 3 pizzas and some desserts. The pizzas were made exceptionally well and arrived in a very timely manor both by Cameron. Much appreciated.

Ordered today (Monday) and waited a long time. 30-40 minutes past the time they said it would be delivered by. After being in contact with the store (who ever the kid is that sounds stoned out of his mind) numerous times while waiting. they finally told us that the door dash driver was there picking up the food..we get the food finally after waiting all this time and we get a cold pizza and an empty CLEAN Box that was supposed to have my pepperoni in it. SERIOUSLY ?! Service gets 3 stars only because the shift manager chris was able to refund the ordered completely after explaining the situation. We will see if I actually get the refund.
