Yesterday my father in law was trying to place an order in the store and felt like other orders were being addressed before his. I understand that online orders and phone orders can take place but that was all the employee had to say. When he complained, she went off about being alone and she didn’t have to serve him. He went to get his wife to help place the order and the employee locked him out. Another man also waiting mentioned the employee is always disgruntled and has treated him in the same manner.

I’m trying out the Crafted Flatz Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it’s so so good. I usually get the all meat pasta, but this is pretty good and cheaper so I’m definitely eating this more often.

I would leave a 0 if I could… schedule for a 7:15 order I get there and they said they didn’t see it and to wait 30 mins so I did, then 30 mins later I go to check it and they said it’s not even in there system when I can see my name on their tv for 7:15…

**Do Not order a pizza for delivery on a Friday night** I waited over an hour for my pizza! I called to see what the delay was and was told that the lobby was very busy. Two Door Dashers left because they couldn’t wait any longer. My pizza was finally ready and the 3rd Door Dasher delivered it. Come on Pizza Hut!!! Get it together!!!!

food over a half hour late and wrong order was brought to my house. Now its going over an hour late and still dont have my food. called store and was transferred to call center who can not see my order or give me a refund. now its over an hour and still no pizza

Save your family dont eat here. My breadsticks were eaten from and I was left with half an order a used sauce in the box with a hair on it. I should get this hair tested for DNA so I can see proved who stole my paid for order and was absolutely disgusting about it. Never going any pizza hut again. Disgusting.

Not sure who thought this was a good idea, but this is how our 3 personal pizzas arrived. They were cold and look like they have been manhandled, if not dropped. I called the store and they were completely unapologetic when they should be ashamed. This is gross and unacceptable.

👎 👎 Not the Pizza Hut it once was. Overpriced and decreased quality/taste. The location also outsourced the delivery to DoorDash driver, who didn’t bother to knock or ring doorbell.
