When I call and you put me on hold for over 7 minutes (I gave up after waiting that long and hung up) so you can go and have a smoke break and ONLY come back in because you saw me and another customer come in the store, something needs tk be done. And then I watched you hang up on my waiting call without even checking if I was still on the phone!I don't normally mention employee behavior in a review but this really angered me!I wish I could just put all of my customers on hold and take up smoking!
Awful.. big dinner box came half cooked. Nasty, cold, and just awful. Never again. They offered me a $10 credit. Lol. Not worth my time anymore. Wings were awful too.

Last night, we ordered a Super Supreme Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut. The delivery took over an hour, the order we received was a thin-crust pepperoni pizza, and it was cold. This is the third time this location has botched our order. You'd think we'd have learned our lesson. When I called to complain, the person answered the phone by shouting, "Sorry, we're closed," and hung up. It was long before closing time. I called back incessantly until an actual adult answered. I voiced my complaint, and the employee took my information and promised a quick refund. It's been almost 24 hours, and there's no refund.

Ordered $75 worth of pizza tonight at 6:38. Charged my account and never delivered. It’s 9:03 pm. No one answered the phones so had to call corporate to get refund. Called just now and the store is closed. Not cool.

I’ve become very disappointed in this location as time has gone by here recently. Last order we had trouble with door dash taking our order and never showing up after over 3 hours waiting and ended up having to come up to the store to get it myself and wait while they make it because their phones don’t go straight to the location. This time our thin crust is so crunchy it’s uneditable and they forgot our drink. Mistakes happen but it’s just going down hill. Not to mention how frustrating it is to not be able to contact the direct store to resolve an issue quick.

I ordered the pizza with extra sauce and the pizza was nearly dry. The toppings were just fine, but the pizza seemed to have only cheese and toppings.
Terrible. Took 2.5 hours to get one pizza in non peak time for an order that said would be ready in 30 minutes. Staff was rude and unwilling to refund money.

The Hut is gone to the garbage 70 dollars for 3 medium two toppings pizza's . Stay away and order from the local mom and pop pizza joints

I am just blown away at the carelessness. LOOK AT HOW TERRIBLY THIS PIZZA WAS CUT! What on earth? At least they got the rest of the order right. They might as well have used cookie cutters. My two year old could have done a better job cutting this pizza. It all goes in and comes out the same but it's the principle. Someone cut that thing and 1) clearly didn't look at it or 2) knew what they did and boxed it up as is. Do better.
