First of all, they never answer the phone when you call. It is always redirected to the corporate office when you call. Second of all, the customer service is terrible. I don't know what training is like when you join Pizza Hut but this location specifically would have you believe that it involves kicking puppies or punching babies. Please close this location and cut your losses.

Ordered online through the Pizza Hut app for this location on a Saturday night. I did the $5 carry out deal and I was very pleased with the great deal I was getting. $15 for three medium one topping pizzas! I also got Hut Rewards points for it. This was my first time picking up from this location. I walked in and was not greeted/acknowledged right away and no other customers were in there so that's the only reason I took off a star for this review. They have a screen visible showing which orders are ready and how long other orders have so that was helpful. I was quoted 10-20 minutes on the app. I entered 12 minutes after I placed my order so I was fine waiting. Took about 5 minutes to complete the transaction in store and get my pizzas. Staff was friendly though! I also like how the guy who handed me my pizzas opened each box to show them and make sure I was satisfied. The app is really easy to use though so I recommend that to others! There is also a unisex bathroom for customers to use in store. There are about three chairs for waiting customers and no tables. I will definitely be back to this location for carryout!

We order from this location regularly, pizza is always delicious. We have had one or two issues when their computers aren't working or sometimes the order takes longer than usual, but we have encountered good customer service. The Cajun style dry rub wings are delicious. The delivery drivers even remember us.

I guess they get paid to just stare at people instead of helping customers . Ordered at 10:20 get there twenty minutes later and waited 5 minutes at the register before anyone came up and said anything . The only reason someone came to the register is because I called the store number !...Plus the food was not ready after waiting even longer .

Found the ever elusive Star Wars 6 inch Black Series Gamorrean Guard from ROTJ. 'Nuff said! There was actually two on the shelf, but one of them didn't get QA'd good- the eyes weren't painted.

I always have great service at this location and the food is always on point!! The delivery drivers are very friendly and give great service to. They do their best to get my order out as quickly and safely as possible and if it takes a little longer sometimes that's fine by me as long as it's still hot, which it normally is :) so far I have nothing bad to say about this location and have been ordering from it for a few months now.

I've worked in pizza places before so I know it's not always going to be 100%. Most of the time my order is very quick and it's good pizza. I have no idea what was wrong today, but the pizza I had was no good. The crust was really dry and very thin compared to normal pizzas I've gotten in the past. I hope they improve in the future.

Absolutely terrible service . Walked in to do a carry out stuffed crust pizza. It was faster for me to to sit down and order it online and make a pizza hut account before i was even greeted . Watched two customers yell at the dude Chris behind the counter . One for her delivery being cold , smashed and wanting credit to her account. I thought hmmm maybe i made a bad decision coming here . How right i was ? Finnally get my pizza. Lets open it. Ummmm this pizza has used pepperoni to hide how thin and f***** the inside of the pizza is. While the crust is bulbous and fluffy.... sooo you f***** up making the crust. Asked the guy Chris "What the hell is this?" Thats normal it happens when we are busy. I know we make ugly pizzas . " wow. I am blown away by the pure shittiness of my pizza , of the service , . Do i blame chris ? No . Limited drivers?? No. It seems nobody there cares about the food . It shows. I would rather eat catfood than return to this Pizza Hut. Beware all. Only go here if you enjoy torture and bad service . Combined with long delivery times . Talk about a combination .

Here's a useful tip for you to keep in mind: Target.com is not affiliated with the local stores UNLESS you sign in on the website with your "favorite store" selected. When you do that, the prices change to reflect what they are in the store. If you go to Target.com and DON'T sign in then the prices might be lower than what the store offers. If this happens, take your item to customer service and show them the online price and the store will match it. That's how I turned a $55 box of dishes into a $35.99 box. Multiply that savings by three boxes and you get the idea. It pays to do your homework!

Would give zero stars if possible . I literally live five minutes away and ordered the pizza while I had family here thinking they could eat before heading out and before I got off work literally took them two hours to delivery and the pizza was horrible . Not only did the pizza taste bad but it was cold and undercooked how are they still in business corporate needs to be called this was hands down worse pizza I ever had and don't get me started on the wings my family needless to say didn't even get to eat and when I got home I was still waiting on the food and was to late to cancel god forbid you try to call the place and cancel rude as hell . Never again will I ever order from Pizza Hut this is hands down worse place ever !!

Extremely poor customer service and manager is VERY RUDE! Ordered a pizza via phone, was advised that it would be ready in 15 min. I drive to he location (20 minute drive) to be advised that they don't have to size pizza I ordered. Manager suggested I drive another location (20-25 minutes away) and questioned why I chose this location. Would not offer to just up size me for the inconvenience after I asked several times what he could do to make this right. Never an apology. Finally after I got really upset, he offered a medium but only as if this was my fault. It was a simple cheese pizza. TERRIBLE.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. I live 5-8 minutes from this location and it still took the driver 30 plus minutes to get my order to my house. When it showed up it, the pizza was cold, the wings were cold, and the breadsticks were appalling. I will never order from this store again or from pizza hut. Their new delivery bags are a gimic and their brand is a f****** joke. If you're in this area give your business to Ray's Pizza on Cedar Rd. They are worth it. Oh, everyone out pizzas the hut!

There are several reasons that I rated this location 5 stars. The first two are speed of service and the quality of the pizzas. It was also very convenient to order exactly the way I wanted them. I had a discount coupon and they were offering an online special which was confusing to me as to which was the better deal. That quickly changed as the young lady who retrieved my order graciously made sure that I received their best offer. So, easy to order, ready quickly, great taste and great service are the ingredients for a 5 star rating.
