A customer walked in and asked since he’s buying a pizza can he use restroom.. this girl got nasty with him about it walked away from register & started cussing. She then refused to give the rest of the customers our orders told us to go somewhere else… Horrible service and I’m sending this footage to Pizza Hut management!

Hit or miss with our orders here. Sometimes it’s good, other times it lacks sauce even when the order should have extra sauce. As for delivery through DoorDash it’s about the same hit or miss.

1.5 hours waiting on pizza to be delivered two door dash drivers because one got tired of waiting then when I drove up to the store no one there could give me a refund. The called the police on me because I told them I wanted my pizza or my money and they wouldn't give me either.

Curbside delivery gets you 3 employees directly beside where you're parked waiting for pizza, chatting & totally ignoring you. Customers going in & out. Waited 15 minutes before I had to ask another employee about my pizza. The New Yorker is only an Xtra large crust with sauce & cheese for a medium cut into large slices.....looks Nothing like the ad. No more pizza Hut
Placed an order for pick up arrived order was not ready. Got home with our pizza and one of them was undercooked. Boneless chicken wings were hard and chewy.
