They need to go ahead and close this location. Food is always undercooked or wrong. They dont have a direct line to the store. You always get some rude and ghetto phone agent. They are not welcoming at the front desk. Today I placed an online delivery order. They canceled my order an hour an a half later without telling me anything. No explanation. JUST CLOSE UP SHOP!

I ordered through the website and it didn’t take long plus the driver was nice ? only complaint is the lack of care when it comes to the wings. Not sure why they don’t actually sauce them properly but it’s weird lol pictures attached. This was the best pizza I’ve gotten from them in a while so it was okay overall ?
Yall need to give ambrielle a raise, a big one, like double her pay for all the stuff she puts up with.

"Should be about 20-25 minutes, is that okay?" **About 2 hours later...** I've seen worse service. I've waited longer for less. But, this Pizza Hut.. this one takes the cake. We ordered 2 large pizzas w/ bread sticks. 20-25 minutes sounded reasonable. So, we went down the block to grab some drinks, came back and chilled in the lot for a bit, came back in, food is still not ready. It was well over 30 minutes when we got back. We were told that they messed up the second pizza so they had to redo it. At this point, we waited twice as long as we would have originally waited. We overheard the manager talking to the regulars (By regulars, I mean a couple of the same DoorDash Drivers we've seen multiple times for many different orders). 4 people had called out. Understandable. But 2 hours for pizza!? I could pull the ingredients out of my ass and make at home in 10 minutes. Here's the kicker. The person working the register only just saw that our other pizza had been sitting on the bottom shelf of the warmer that entire time..

More than once ordered pepperoni lovers and it barely had pepperoni on the
EDIT - I was in there today and no one has on gloves. The boy cutting the pizza wiped his nose then straight back in the pizza. Disgusting. Oh… and raw pizza!!??Very often understaffed so the wait is long. I’ve been in about 3 times where only one person was cooking and doing the register and every time the pizza is wrong. When it’s right, it’s great! Unfortunately, it’s wrong more than right and the wait kills the mood if you get it right. Sheesh. Owner—- stop being cheap and employee enough staff and clean your restaurant. It’s a shame to see the restaurants in Churchland crumbling like this.

Never ordering from this location again. Delivery took 3 hours. Unable to get anyone on the phone, when the pizza arrived it looked old. No sauce, stiff, hard breadsticks, and terrible customer service. We had to call a 1800 number to get any type of assistance. Better off getting little ceasars. The food was disgusting.

JanetI ordered stuffed crust Pepponi amd.sausage pizza, 2 liter, and brownies for.delivery tonight. When it got here it was cold and dried out, like it was waiting for the driver for 20 minutes. Then 2 liter became an individual Soda, they RAN OUT of 2 liter, so there was 1 drink for everyone. Pizza hut USED to⁶ be my go to for pizza, tonight is the last time!!!!! This was the western branch store
