Very poor experience with the workers. Cancelled order in the end and walked out after waiting 40 minutes unnecessarily. Lady at the register had zero communication skills and very bad customer service.
Something was wrong with the register but she not only could not communicate the issue and explain that payment wasn't going through, but also made us wait thinking our order was in progress. Stopped us from canceling the first time by saying the order was already being made, when it was not.
Although she took my card twice and asked for my zip code, when I asked a long time later when my order would be ready, she said the transaction had not gone through at all. I have to go home and check recent transactions on my credit card because I think it was processed already. She was talking to someone else with her earbud in the whole interaction as well.
Wasted a good 40 minutes of my time.

Visiting Chesapeake area is always something I look forward to but tonight we discovered this AMAZING restaurant! The customer service was remarkable and the food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We decided that this is our new pizza spot when we come visit. Twisted Pizza will see us again!

My wife and I had our first dining experience at Pizza Twist and it was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel welcome and even let us sample the different pizza sauces before ordering. We decided on the Butter Chicken Twist Pizza and asked the chef to turn up the spice level a bit—let’s just say the fresh ingredients and flavor-packed spice did not disappoint!
Our 12” pizza (8 generous slices) came out piping hot, looking amazing and tasting even better. Midway through our meal, the owner surprised us with a brand-new spicier sauce she had just created while we were dining. It was delicious and such a thoughtful touch.
We ended up boxing an our remaining slices and left thanking the owners for such a wonderful meal. We’ll definitely be back—great food, great people, and a great experience all around!

appreciate the vegan menu but it needs a lot of work. wings were spongy and odd tasting, pizza was ok. large looked more like a medium. bathrooms and tables were dirty, but the worst part was the employee who kept coughing without covering their mouth 😷so unappetizing. this employee was also blurting things loudly?? and wouldn’t stop talking to my husband and i, even after our food came. we were trying to have a date and it’s just so rude and inconsiderate. was so excited to find a small pizza spot with vegan options but im so disappointed))):

This was the first time visiting this place and I am glad we did. We dined in and got a Indian Garlic pizza twist and a Pepperoni pizza. They were hot and fresh and tasted delicious. This is going to be our new go to place to eat pizza. If you haven't tried it yet, you should. You will not be disappointed.
