The boy in drive thru was mad disrespectful and I was nothing but kind to him. I got home the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks I asked for spicy they gave me regular I’m so disappointed the only thing that was good was the French fries and the Mac and cheese respectfully smh never again

Worst store ever, tried to give me 2 pieces of chicken when I ordered 12 because they said that they didn't have it. The delivery driver told me they were crazy when she went there and to report them 😭✌️.

The food is great and the prices are reasonable. The only major drawback is when you roll up and get “our system is down,” meaning you can’t order anything, or “we’re out of X”. This happened three times in the last two weeks. I’m thinking of looking for somewhere else for late-night chicken sandwiches… (which are *dry* anyway, since they don’t even add mayo 🙄)

I came here to pick up a customer’s order. They were short staffed, rude and made me wait 20 minutes before they even told me they didn’t have what the customer requested.

Used the app for a mobile pick up. I was 10 minutes late after giving myself 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived my food was not ready and I waited another 20 minutes. Location was very busy and they were doing lots of orders for door dash. Chicken was hot and fresh and the gal behind the counter was very nice and apologized for the long wait. I was even given a free apple pie for my wait which was a pleasant surprise. I love PopEyes fried chicken and it was delicious! This was my first visit to Indian River Road location.

The guy with painted nails, is incompetent. If you order large fries, and he doesn't like you, he gives you one small scope. I'm done giving this restaurant my business. Customer service sucks, Popeyes corporate needs to do a overhaul, and bring in better people. They always out of shit.

Good but the people aren’t friendly I would have paid for the sauce lol it’s not that serious. 😂

You guys just suck. It is what it is ... You don't care and it shows. The biggest issue is your management has failed you. When they don't care - their staff won't care. Closure seems imminent.
