Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the most ridiculous Popeyes location ever! Their customer service is terrible, always claim they’re out of chicken, then want you to settle for whatever pieces they have available ( cold and/or overcooked) and refuse to prepare more chicken. Just throw the whole restaurant away and rebuild!

They are the slowest preparers I have ever seen!! I thought Bo’s military highway in Chesapeake was slow.

Every time at this Popeyes they out of some thing on Sunday Jan 25 they were so set back open late that time other times just out of chicken,mind, sweet tea I'm going too vabech out the way

I went up to the popeyes by the Arby's and was trying to order my food when the lady in the drive thru told me there was on only 2 people when I could see through the glass 3 people. I really hope u think customers aren't dumb... SMH

I am 8.5 months pregnant and was craving some Popeyes. My husband and I went and it was the absolute best customer service we have ever experienced at a drive through in our lives. The manager Adawn was taking our order and Melissa took our payment and they were so kind and helpful. They both even congratulated us on our future baby. The only time I’ve been through a drive through where they have genuinely wanted to help and give us an amazing experience. And to top it all off the food was ready in a matter of 2-3 mins. Best experience I’ve ever had.

The food was very old. The cheese bites tasted like they cooked them the day before. And the tenders were old as well. They were dry cold and stale. I've been to this location a few times. Each time is wasn't good. I like popeyes. And it's sad to say the one near me isn't good at all.

Was amazing

Food is alright, however everytime I stop by this location, the wait for food is super long. They quoted me 7-8 minutes for spicy chicken filets for the sandwich and i waited for over 20 minutes out front of the store after going through the drive through initially. Said they would bring it out front. Never did. Only reason I wasted was because I already paid…. I’m done coming to this location. I have been to multiple different locations with faster service and food ready to go.

They need to go ahead and shut this place down . The management here is very poor they run out of everything . We received our order and they used drink tops and shoved them in the sides containers to hold the food we got home and food was every where in our car it was just disgusting . Called the manager and he put us on hold for over an hour after asking for a refund this place is ridiculous if ypu dont have the container ers to hold food why would you serve it. We were sitting at the drive thru watching the girl all in her shirt scratching her armpits playing with her hair very nasty and unprofessional and I still would like my refund back I have pictures

There is always a long and slow line (drive-thru) here but unpopular opinion... that only means the chicken will always be hot and fresh! So this is definitely my preferred location. Food is so hot that I burned my mouth trying to savor a leg on my way home haha.

There was one individual who stood out the most. I tried to get her name, I think she said Ah-Dawn? Well anyway, she authentically her, is comical, and professional all in one. My father was promised a free meal from the new general manager and Ah-Dawn explained to my, somewhat inpatient, father that she has to follow procedures and explained everything gracefully... more than once.

Was told that they needed to make fresh tenders. That it would take 5 to 7 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes and still no food I had to leave this establishment is by far the worst service establishment for Popeyes anywhere in Chesapeake highly recommend that you go somewhere else
