This place totally does not understand they are fast food. I ordered food for pick up @ 7:05pm sent someone to pick it up. I told him despite it saying it would be ready @ 7:25pm not to get there until 8pm because they suck with time management. At 8:28pm he called me to ask me if I wanted something different because it would be 8 more min before my boneless wings were ready. I could have eaten faster at a 5 Star restaurant. I mean atleast give me something for free for the inconvenience but we know that shit is not happening. I think I'm done with Popeyes. Chick Fila is so much more convenient.

Standard Popeyes in the 757.Meaning, wrong orders, wait times for pickup orders taking 15-20 minutes for 1-2 meals, overworked, rude, and or inept employees. Don’t bother using the app especially for this location. Wish they’d fix these places.

The Popeyes near us used to be a no-go unless it was an emergency food run but now the new management has changed everything around and it's actually enjoyable going there. Thank you so much as we really appreciate having good food very close to our house

There was only 2 people in drive through no one inside and these people are rude and can't seem to fill orders inappropriate, time. They never got any spicy chicken and everybody here is ghetto.

I used this place to do Uber eats for two chicken sandwiches and a large fry. I understand it was an hour or so before closing but when my Uber eats driver got there they refuse to sell any more chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders or fries because it’s close to closing and they don’t want to cook it it is unacceptable for them to just decide when they’re gonna stop cooking something if you’re open, you must serve everything on the menu not what you feel like serving. And then had your audacity to give me some cold chicken that didn’t even taste good as a replacement.

The company did not abide by the mobile order time and made me wait in line until they would start the order. I doubt that is the company policy. I paid online but had to order once I got inside. That sounds wrong to you I’m sure but this is what is happening at this location.

I deserve to be compensated for the disrespect and lack of customer service. No one cared about the customers in the inside. They only focused on the drive through. And food safety was non existent. The staff packing the food did not wear gloves, were constantly answering phone calls, and did not have their hair covered or away from the food. That is why I want a refund.

When I asked to be refunded in the store, I was told It has to be done through the app. Now I am going through the app and Popeyes customer service barely responds making it difficult to get my refund. I am willing to take this as far as I need too about my money. Do not eat here.

Absolutely horrible service. Over 40 minutes to get a pickup order and just a shoulder shrug about it. Corporate doesn't care either so just be aware that getting the food you pay for is going to be a challenge and a long wait.

Went for dinner at 6:30om and they said no SPICY chicken???? And no plans to make any???? Who runs out of Spicy chicken at 6:30????

I should have learned the last five times I came here that it is a complete waste of time. Service is horrible, wait is ridiculous, and the management is straight trash! Save yourself 45 minutes of waiting in the drive thru, just to get your order wrong. They should fire the whole staff and hire a new staff!
