Every since shakearra has step down the store has been going down hill the people that's there now don't no how to run a store they can never open up on time when u order a combo they give u the cup but don't let you no they are out of all drinks then will turn around in say no refunds did u read your receipt the gm dont make it any better because she agreed with everything the crew workers say this store need to be shut down if they cant get the right people to run it

I came in today in was about to order my food Per usual when I ask for Doniqua which is the shift Manger who always make sure my order is correct if not her then shakearra which I was told they no longer work at the store any more I just walked out I only order food when they are there. And to my understanding they no longer works there something need to be done the store is a reck everyone is walking around out of control it’s like they are in there managing their self they are always out of something the food do not taste the same In the new people there always have an attitude this store is falling apart I no longer want to spend my money there I’ll eat out of the trash before I let anyone of them serve me anything hope this store gets better

This location has got to be the worst place to get fast food. Lil chocolate lady working the window with the black and red extensions has such a nasty attitude. Not only at the speaker but the window too. Ugh. Makes me not even want to go back. Come on Chesapeake, do better. Definitely wouldn't bring my kids and family.

Popeyes is my favorite, but this trip was horrible! I used 1000 points to get a 3 piece meal via mobile pickup, but was told I would have to wait 30 mins because of other orders ahead of me; I was ok with that because I love the chicken, but while I was wait I thought that was a long time to be waiting, so I wanted to cancel my order, but didn't want to lose my points for something I didn't get. The chat feature said I couldn't cancel my mobile order, so I sat there. When I got up to the window, they couldn't find my order and told me to pull up. 10 minutes later, they brought out the chicken, but when I got home, I noticed it hard like they just gave me the older pieces that were sitting there! It always a hit or miss with this location! It was free, so I didn't make a fuss!
Food is good. If you get what you paid for. Watch closely employees are trained to put chicken back to be served that was given out to public in wrong order. The manager is extremely rude. Have spoken with other customers that I know personally and had the same experience. Parking is terrible and you are rushed at drive-thru.
