We had reservations for 6:45pm and didn't receive food until 8:40pm. My daughter had a hair in her melted butter sauce for her crab legs. The food was below average. My family and I were very disappointed in the overall experience.

When we arrived, we weren't acknowledged at all. I had to say “excuse me” multiple times before the host even looked up. After telling them we had a reservation, we were informed that they needed to seat walk-ins who had been waiting first, which made the reservation feel pointless. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes. Once seated, the service continued to be disappointing. It took a long time for our server to come to the table. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks, and no silverware was provided. When the drinks were dropped off, the server immediately walked away, so we had to wait again just to ask for silverware. When she finally returned, she only took my son's order and then left, forgetting to take my husband's and mine. I had to get her attention again, and during the interaction she expressed how unhappy she was to be working. While the food itself was decent, the lack of acknowledgment, long wait, and poor service overall made the entire experience very frustrating and not one we'd want to repeat.

This was the first time we've eaten at Red Lobster since the bankruptcy and new CEO. As anywhere these days, the prices are much higher. There are more premium options available too. The seafood is well prepared and tasty. The Cheddar biscuits are still wonderful. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Our food came out a bit slow, but well prepared. We were glad they were open on Christmas Day.

It's always a struggle to get decent customer service, wven from the management. I only ordered 6 biscuits from curbside and had to call them 15 minutes after they texted me that the order was ready. Totally unacceptable!

Pleasant staff and Kenn was helpful and informative with the menu choices. Tried the mariners boil and it came with the best butter I’ve found so far. I got the original spice level rl signature sauce since I can’t tolerate heat and found it to be just right. The crab came easily out of the shell and the shrimp was just the right amount of tender. I felt like Goldilocks. I do want to come back for a boil bag again.

Two of the entrees were absolutely terrible. I’ve never had a Caesar salad so bad. My sweet tea tasted like tap water from somewhere contaminated. I have never been but definitely won’t be back.
