Unfortunately service is still the same. And this is the case at most restaurants. Nobody wants to work. Overhead the waitress saying repeatedly that she was ready to go. You can tell that she didn't want to be there. We, and the family behind us. Were very frustrated because of the service. This generation has got to understand that customer service is a priority. I'm so speechless. Maybe we will return again one day. Give this brand another try. It's been bad since covid.

Food was subpar and the service was pretty horrible . We sat for a good 45 mins after we ordered with no contact from our server. Once the food was put in front of us we didn't see her at our table again until I flagged her down and asked for our check. Red Lobster USED to be a quality upscale restaurant

My sisters and I had a long waited opportunity to get together and have lunch today. My Deb has really be wanting Shrimp Scampi so off to Red Lobster we go. Well let me say we were so blessed by our Srrver Randy. I'm sure he had some kind of FINE DINING experience. We thought we were at 10 star restaurant. We felt like Queens or celebrity. Everything from the time he greeted us until we left deserves 10 stars. His presentation of our napkins, lemons, bread dishes, beveraged,salads and entrées were superior from any restaurant I've been to. Right down to our to go boxes. His conversation with us was that of a top notch professional. The whole experience was beyond delightful. Our food was very satisfying. The building is a little outdated but clean. Randy turned it all up to top scale though.
Please ask for him if you are at the Chesapeake Square location. Perfect for your next date night.

Greeter was very unprofessional looked about 14 years old and had an attitude. It was as if he didn't want to be there. I spoke with the manager but that didn't do any good. Then when we were finally seated we waited about an hour for the food, and it wasn't even packed in there. I definitely won't be returning to this particular establishment again.

I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to the outstanding service from our server, Trip. From the moment we were seated, Trip was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He had great menu knowledge, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure our glasses were never empty.

What really stood out was how effortlessly he balanced professionalism with a warm, personable approach. It’s clear he cares about the guest experience and takes pride in his work.

If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Trip—you won’t be disappointed
