I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Red Robin this evening. I brought a large party of 16 to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and while we understood there would be a wait, the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. Some of us sat at the bar to grab a drink, others waited in the lobby, and a few more took a table in the bar area to relax. They weren't super busy, was there in the 3:00 time frame, and service was scanty. My sweet potato fries came out cool and it took them way too long to get me some warm ones. When I went to the bathroom there was bowel on the back wall of the handicap stall. I reported it to the manager and it took them over an hour to get in there to clean it.
