Great food, good prices, and good service. But, if you take a look around, this place is down right disgusting. It really needs a good cleaning, or more detailed side work needs to happen... *Im looking at you, management....* The windows, the pictures on the wall, the walls... everything... disgusting.

My mom chose Red Robin for her birthday—huge mistake. Our server seemed intoxicated, forgot drinks (including the birthday guest’s), and served water with lemons halfway down the glass. Straws took forever. We ordered table fries—cold, soggy, no sauces. Meals came out staggered (party of 6). One burger had no condiments, another was burnt to a crisp, and one was missing an entire patty. Sweet potato fries were cold and limp. The missing burger arrived after everyone else had finished, leaving one person to eat alone. We were also wrongly charged for a kids’ meal and the drinks that should’ve been included. We’ve had “meh” service here before, but the food was usually decent. This time? Total failure—bad food, worse service, and a ruined birthday. Red Robin, do better.

I overall a great lunch location. Our Server is top notch. Our server was Bree, she was awesome. Noise was the only negative but it wasn't terrible

Bree was an amazing waitress. Always get good service though. My burger was pretty drippy with grease, but otherwise it was delicious. Kids' Mac and cheese is bottomless as are the fries

The visit was good. Our server made sure we were happy. Our food was also good. I can no longer do bottomless fries anymore. My burger was a big one. The payment kiosk is very convenient but it doesn't give the server to check back with you to see if you enjoyed your visit.

It was for mine own convenience that this Red Robin fare was delivered to my hotel room. When called upon to retrieve information as to the whereabouts of the nourishment, the human in charge of outside contact did give me falsehood, proclaiming the deliverer of the meal had left this establishment 15 minutes prior to my questioning. The deliverer, however, had not yet to appear at the restaurant nor had the order of nourishment been completed. When the platter arrived, the Caesar Salad was devoid of lubrication and cheese, ‘twas but a pile of romaine lettuce, no more no less. The sandwich of cow was suitable, but the lack of couth exhibited by this establishments inhabitants of pay left much to be desired.

I usually have good experiences coming here but today was not one of them. I went there to order take out for lunch. I’m a vegetarian I was given some options. I ordered the scorpion burger and substituted the beef burger for a vegetarian patty with Broccoli and garlic sauce on the side what I got was the regular cheeseburger and a salad on the side I didn’t mind the salad but the fact that I got a regular beef burger was very disappointing. Mind you the staff is very nice but they missed on this order. Hopefully, they’ll get it right the next time.
Had to wait an additional 35 minutes past my promised time for my to go order and was barely offered an apology

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Red Robin this evening. I brought a large party of 16 to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and while we understood there would be a wait, the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. Some of us sat at the bar to grab a drink, others waited in the lobby, and a few more took a table in the bar area to relax. However, the manager came over and told us we couldn’t be in the bar area due to a lack of waitstaff. I explained we were just waiting with drinks and snacks for the kids, but he insisted that we either put our names at the bottom of the list or return to the lobby. We complied, wanting to keep the mood light for the birthday celebration.
After some time, I asked the hostess, Christiana, if I could just grab a drink directly from the bar, and she outright refused, citing that it wasn’t “normal procedures.” When I asked for clarification about the policy, her response was unprofessional and dismissive. She said she didn’t even know the policy, then proceeded to tell me we were taking up too much space. I politely asked her to maintain professionalism, as I was only trying to understand their rules to be a better customer. Her response was, “I don’t care what you do,” followed by her admission that she didn’t know the policy herself.
This was the second negative encounter I’ve had at this location. The first, I chalked up to a bad night, but after this second experience, I won’t be returning. The management and staff were unprofessional and, frankly, rude. It's hard to imagine going back to a place that treats customers with such disregard, especially on a special occasion like a birthday.

Red Robin is always really good food or USE TO BE. Last outing took 90 min. Food was very substandard for them. Cold burger and I don’t know what they sent for cheese. Looked like something you’d find on the floor of 7-11 after 3 days.

Went at 1:35 on a Wednesday afternoon. Hardly any cars in the parking lot, at least half the tables appeared empty. Asked for a table for 2 and was told it'd be a 10 minute wait. 3 groups of people finished their meals and left in the 20 minutes we actually waited to be seated before deciding to just leave. Completed disappointed to see how far down hill red robin is going. We used to come here all the time but prices keep rising and service just keeps getting worse.
