I usually have good experiences coming here but today was not one of them. I went there to order take out for lunch. I’m a vegetarian I was given some options. I ordered the scorpion burger and substituted the beef burger for a vegetarian patty with Broccoli and garlic sauce on the side what I got was the regular cheeseburger and a salad on the side I didn’t mind the salad but the fact that I got a regular beef burger was very disappointing. Mind you the staff is very nice but they missed on this order. Hopefully, they’ll get it right the next time.
Had to wait an additional 35 minutes past my promised time for my to go order and was barely offered an apology

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Red Robin this evening. I brought a large party of 16 to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and while we understood there would be a wait, the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. Some of us sat at the bar to grab a drink, others waited in the lobby, and a few more took a table in the bar area to relax. However, the manager came over and told us we couldn’t be in the bar area due to a lack of waitstaff. I explained we were just waiting with drinks and snacks for the kids, but he insisted that we either put our names at the bottom of the list or return to the lobby. We complied, wanting to keep the mood light for the birthday celebration.
After some time, I asked the hostess, Christiana, if I could just grab a drink directly from the bar, and she outright refused, citing that it wasn’t “normal procedures.” When I asked for clarification about the policy, her response was unprofessional and dismissive. She said she didn’t even know the policy, then proceeded to tell me we were taking up too much space. I politely asked her to maintain professionalism, as I was only trying to understand their rules to be a better customer. Her response was, “I don’t care what you do,” followed by her admission that she didn’t know the policy herself.
This was the second negative encounter I’ve had at this location. The first, I chalked up to a bad night, but after this second experience, I won’t be returning. The management and staff were unprofessional and, frankly, rude. It's hard to imagine going back to a place that treats customers with such disregard, especially on a special occasion like a birthday.

Red Robin is always really good food or USE TO BE. Last outing took 90 min. Food was very substandard for them. Cold burger and I don’t know what they sent for cheese. Looked like something you’d find on the floor of 7-11 after 3 days.

Went at 1:35 on a Wednesday afternoon. Hardly any cars in the parking lot, at least half the tables appeared empty. Asked for a table for 2 and was told it'd be a 10 minute wait. 3 groups of people finished their meals and left in the 20 minutes we actually waited to be seated before deciding to just leave. Completed disappointed to see how far down hill red robin is going. We used to come here all the time but prices keep rising and service just keeps getting worse.

The server was amazing—super friendly and working incredibly hard to make up for the long wait and kitchen delays. She truly went above and beyond despite the challenges. Unfortunately, the hostess felt unmotivated, and the food took a while, with some mistakes like forgotten ranch and mustard. The burger was tasty, but the wet silverware didn’t help. The server’s effort was the highlight of the experience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Red Robin It started when I called ahead to make a reservation and was told they don’t take reservations. Fine—I decided to go in person. When I arrived, I requested a booth in the bar area. The host told me it would be ready in a few minutes and that they’d call me when it was ready.
After waiting patiently, I noticed two other parties who walked in after me were seated at the table that had just been cleaned and was supposed to be for me. I went back to the host to ask what was going on, and that’s when they realized they had forgotten about me. Instead of fixing the situation, they asked if I could sit somewhere else. When I asked why they couldn’t move the parties they had just seated at the table I’d been waiting for, their response was, “Do you want to talk to a manager?”
To make matters worse, they offered me a “free” coupon for a side dish as an apology, but I later discovered it’s the same thing anyone gets just for signing up online. This wasn’t an attempt to make things right—it felt like an empty gesture.
The whole experience—from the disorganization to the dismissive attitude—was frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better and won’t be returning anytime soon.

I usually don’t do this, and I’ve never had a problem with Red Robin, but tonight our server Danielle (who was also the bartender) completely rubbed me the wrong way. She was very inattentive, and was nowhere to be seen for the majority of our time eating there (keep in mind we are seated in eyesight of the bar, and I only saw 2 other tables sat). We had to wave her down to ask for napkins when were half way through our meal, since there were none on our table or any surrounding. When she finally came back to our table we put in our first refills for the endless fries and drinks. Unfortunately it took so long for her to bring the fries out that they were already cold, and she tossed the new fries on our empty trays that had dirty napkins inside. We just took the refills to go. I really enjoy this place, food has always been good but she left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand people have rough days and my father was being pretty nit picky with his meal. I did tell him to settle down, she must be having a rough night but I guess we pissed her off since we had a complicated order. Unfortunately we still tipped but I hope Red Robin’s management re-evaluates who they hire to represent their company.

Worst place I've dined in a decade. We called in advance and asked if they had outdoor seating. They said "yes". We then asked do you allow dogs in your outdoor seating they said "yes". So we drove there. Being veterans day we knew there would be a wait, we expected a wait. We took a seat in the CLOSED outdoor area and decided to go into the bar to order drinks while we wait. We had a waitress take out order and the bartender bought out a Roho Sangria. This was by far the best experience of the night. The drink had the perfect ratio of wine, bourbon, spices, and flavorings. Service was with acceptable time. We drank and waited for the phone message it was time to be seated. ( In the area that was closed). We were left there for 35 minutes without a single person other than employees coming out to smoke. No napkins, no silverware, no drink order. We looked at the menu and decided after some time to notify someone at the bar we hadn't been seen at all and would like to order. The same waitress that filled our order for the first drink took our order again. The first order had been cashed out because of shift change. The restaurant inside on veterans day we assumed would be brimming with patrons, but the dining area was 60% each time we looking in. Yet people were waiting up to an hour outside on the front on the benches. When we finally got our food, instead of the neatly wax paper wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Sanwich. I got a Sandwich that had fallen over on the plate and was unable to pick it up. I have eaten at Red Robin's in MI, FL, CO and several in VA. They all wrap the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches same as they do their their burgers. This place made a nightmare of it. I paid extra for Sweet potato bottomless fries. The sweet potato fries were so overcooked they resembled sweet potato jeeky strips I get for my dog at the pet supply store. And forget the bottomless fries part. We couldn't even get silverware or napkins. Nor would I want them as they were inedible. Worst service I've had in 28 years, worst food I've had in a decade. Hopefully it's just this location. For all other locations have been fine.
