Early dinner was wonderfully quiet with quick seating service and food. Only 1 burger was overly salty but everything else was on par for their usual fare.

Great food & service! We called to get a table for 8 since the other restaurant was taking too long. They accommodated us quickly. Waitress was on point, very polite & even took our picture! Manager was great! Even the bus staff was polite! Food was so good & everything was correct! We will be coming back!

The food was very good and the service was good. However, getting refills on specialty drinks or root beer floats takes a very long time. Ask for a refill when you first get your drink.

Wow. I was having trouble with my rewards and ordering my food online including a free app promo and Issiah & Kim really looked it out of the park with helping me successfully place my order and get my free app! Top notch customer service! Very warm and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

Dee-Dee was an excellent waitress, full of life and great personality! Her service was top-notch and she is a jewel to Red Robin! The manager on duty, Heather, was also great, making the atmosphere feel even more like home! The mushroom burger, the bbq burger, and the endless sweet potato fries were hot, fresh, and delicious! We are definitely going back to this location! Ask for Dee-Dee! You will want to request her for an enjoyable experience!

Place is always a long wait, yet empty tables. It’s like they have trouble keeping staff to work. It is sad as the food is good but not worth a 30 min wait.

Family/ friends went there in celebration of a Graduation! The food was great and the service was excellent! DeeDee was our server! She is amazing!

The food was great. Our server, DeeDee, was awesome. She was very attentive and personable. She seemed to care for those she was serving to make sure that there was nothing they needed at anytime while she served. DeeDee is a great asset to Red Robin (Chesapeake Square area). Whenever I visit, I will be looking forward to being in her section.

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. The food was delicious even the appetizers ! I had ordered a strawberry lemonade with it along with some strawberries and it was very good the best drink I had in a while I would highly recommend anyone that drink. And our waitress was super sweet and very attentive I can’t remember her name but she was very awesome my husband and I will be back the atmosphere was all around friendly.

Sweet and spicy chicken sandwich with. Sweet potato fries is an absolute must.

Stopped in for dinner and had a great experience! The server Isabella was super responsive and the food arrived very quick. She checked on us frequently and was very fast refilling the beverages for everyone. With customer service slowly declining everywhere it was a breath of fresh air to have such a good experience.
