I enjoy the impossible burger at Red Robin. The burger is always freshly made, along with the endless steak fries and the tower of onion rings.

I paid way too much for half a chicken breast and salad. Waitress wasn't very attentive

We love Red Robin. All the staff are wonderful. Kudo was so nice and waited on us, we fell in love with him, and the manager K.C. is always a pleasure to speak with. We're 2 old folks who walk slow and they are always looking out for us and show us patience and love. They always cook our burgers they way we want them and make sure we are happy and satisfied. It's always a joy to go there and have dinner. Even other waiters and workers will stop by our table and say hello.
Thank you my darlings for all the love you show. We highly recommend this Red Robin and if 'Corporate' sees this review, please, give all of them a raise! They deserve it.

So I just picked up some food and my daughters drink was all carbonation which sucks but my problem is all this black crap floating around in it. Freaking nasty man. Restaurants are going to kill us all. Home cooking from here on out.

I had a party of 9 Yes I know this is a lot of people but they tell us it’s going to be 15min 45mij later we are still waiting then they let a 15 top who just walked in sit down at this point they tell us it’s going to be another hour before we can even sit down. So then the hosted was rude because we have been here in the way So then my grandmother ask to speak to the manager who was also rude with us because we wanted to spend money As we are walking out the table is ready and at this point we don’t want to order from rude people

Went in they didn't have a live game on the bar. Sat to wait to be served, waited about 6-7 minutes left. Was never addressed by anyone; not a be with ASAP, sorry for your wait, can I get you a water til your waiter comes around. Nothing.

This is unusual for a Red Robin to be this poor. But then, has anything been good since Covid?

Tonight was absolutely horrible. We had a party of ten before we even were seated the manager told us the server was new and to be patient. Not a problem. But if she was new with a party of 10 why give her 5 more tables she took out order and never returned back to our table until we were waiting for the check. I even told her that we had a problem with my husbands order and that she never once checked on the table. She said I know I’m so sorry. Then she started cleaning off plates and she took his glass of tea from him that he was drinking. I was beside myself. Then they came to sing happy birthday and the waitress that delivered our food but wasn’t our server said why yall
Look sad lol. It was horrible and a waste of money.

As far as burger joints go, they will have a seat amongst the top 10.

My wife and I were seated in the bar area and had Lizz as our server. We found her to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

We ordered drinks and an appetizer which came out very quick and delicious. The “Queso Fundido” was absolutely fantastic, just the right amount of heat. My side salad was tasty and rather large for $2.99. Our burgers were juicy, full of flavor and abundant. We will have no problem returning to enjoy another meal.
