I am highly disappointed in this location. There were literally 3 other tables being waited on in the whole entire establishment and it took forever to get our drinks. Me and my partner ordered the smash burgers with fries and I got tator tots?!! I said this is wrong so she had me scrape my plate into a smaller plate as I waited for my fries. That was unnecessary. I asked for a tomato to be added to my burger, I am SO glad I looked. The tomato was old, grayish, mushy, slimy and started to gelatinize as it seems it may have been sitting at the bottom of a bucket. My partner only wanted onion and they had the nerve to put a hard, thick, 1 inch in diameter piece of onion that looked like a mushroom cap on his burger! Nothing like the picture. He told the waiter to take it to the cook and ask him would he put this on his personal burger, she did as he asked. Tell me why we heard the cook from the back scream YES loud enough for us to hear him from the lounge area?! How unprofessional! The burgers were dry as hell and burnt! You only been open for an hour since we arrived at 12pm no reason for our food to be cold and dry. We will not be back!
