I did a call in order for pickup via doordash... I didn't get a chance to sit down and eat but I guarantee you it would have been better that way
There is nothing NOT to love about Saladworks. This location is clean, and inviting. Service is quick and efficient. Food is always fresh! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
100% yes, go to salad works.
Lots to choose from in making a salad your way. Depending on who you get, some are stingy with toppings. Overall, I really like their salads & soup.
The food is delicious and delectable! I had their potato soup and Caesar salad. I got both for $12 and it was totally worth it! Way more filling and better quality than restaurants like Panera, Chick-fil-A, and so on. Very nice people and clean atmosphere! 5 stars for sure!!
Very tasty panini. Ingredients were very fresh and crisp. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Service was quick. Would highly recommend.
Something new and good.
We order from here for our business meetings all the time. Staff is so friendly and courteous. They just don't leave food at the main entrance like other establishments. They bring food to the meeting location and set up. Food is always fresh and delicious. Not to mention we get a hand written thank you card with each order.
They have a very wide array of fresh ingredients. The service was also fast and friendly.
Staff were lackluster. Seemed to be just going through the motions until shift was done. I ordered soup and saw there was very little left so container was not filled to capacity.

I FOUND A BUG IN MY SALAD YOOOOOO
I am so disappointed in this location. First thing, when I walked in the door at this location, there was NO air. You could literally feel how thick it was from the heat. Mind you, this is May 23rd and the temps outside were in the 80โs mid to upper. And it was cooler outside than inside. We are not even into the summer yet. There was no AC nor fans of any sort. Why is this a problem? Because you are dealing with food that can spoil or rot. Literal dairy/dairy based items like cheeses and dressings blasted in the heat. You have produce and meat sitting in heat. And if they have no air, Iโm sure they have issues with refrigeration and food storage. The employees staffed this day were considerably nice and pleasant. I know they were hot since there are no windows and for food safety reasons implemented by the state of Virginia, I am pretty sure they can not have the door open with open food areas.
Second, Iโm pretty sure the owners or property management company would hate to have customers get sick from improper food storage. I am also sure that their air is working at home while they risk the safety of others and a franchise name. I really hope the next time I return to this location, it has been fixed. If not, a call to the health dept for a check might need to be initiated.
