Didn't know a gyro was made on a pita cut in 4... kinda hard to put all that meat and lettuce onions and tomatoes along with the sauce on 4 small pieces... gotta do better!

My cheesesteak had barely an inch of meat in it at 9 dollars and my 6 dollar side of fries had about 15 fries. 20 dollar meal with about 10 of actual food. Used to order here for years, never

Ordered lunch for pick-up for the office today. I ordered a lunch special (slice of pizza, salad and soda) that was listed on their online ordering system. I have gotten this multiple times before. Was told after arriving to the store to pick-up that they can't do lunch specials anymore and that I would have to order a full size pizza. This is a one person meal so I said I would pick another item, not a whole pizza. Was told I can't be refunded for pizza, salad and soda AND had to pay for the calzone. Was told it would be another 20 mins until ready and that the other items in my order were not ready (2 sides of fries). I returned to work emptyhanded and then had to leave the office again about 15 mins later to go get my order. No silverware, no napkins, watery marinara sauce and barely anything inside of the calzone. Very poor experience this time around. I used to run in and grab the lunch specials at Sal's frequently. It is unfortunate they don't offer these anymore and I am super disappointed that I paid for 2 meals to only receive one and was refused a refund or discount.

Horrible customer service, out dated menu so when you attempt to make order they state they can’t fulfill because of new menu but can’t provide the new menu. Worst customer service I have experienced from a restaurant.
