Didn't know a gyro was made on a pita cut in 4... kinda hard to put all that meat and lettuce onions and tomatoes along with the sauce on 4 small pieces... gotta do better!

Ordered lunch for pick-up for the office today. I ordered a lunch special (slice of pizza, salad and soda) that was listed on their online ordering system. I have gotten this multiple times before. Was told after arriving to the store to pick-up that they can't do lunch specials anymore and that I would have to order a full size pizza. This is a one person meal so I said I would pick another item, not a whole pizza. Was told I can't be refunded for pizza, salad and soda AND had to pay for the calzone. Was told it would be another 20 mins until ready and that the other items in my order were not ready (2 sides of fries). I returned to work emptyhanded and then had to leave the office again about 15 mins later to go get my order. No silverware, no napkins, watery marinara sauce and barely anything inside of the calzone. Very poor experience this time around. I used to run in and grab the lunch specials at Sal's frequently. It is unfortunate they don't offer these anymore and I am super disappointed that I paid for 2 meals to only receive one and was refused a refund or discount.

Order food to be delivered by door dash. Was shorted a meal and when we called doorbash was told it would be reordered and delivered. After about 30 minites it was canceled by the store and we were told it was stolen. I do understand this is through door dash but if part of the order is stolen prior to delivery driver picking it up, it should be the responsibility of the restaurant. I used to eat lunch there often but not again. Poor customer service.

We drive out of our way to pickup pizza and Philly subs at this Sal's. They have decent deals and our orders have always been perfect.Update: We no longer order from this Sals. The quality is not great and like another recent reviewer, I was overcharged. When confronted with this he offered no explanation.

I originally rated this 5 stars because the pizza is delicious. However last time we called for take out whoever answered the phone was trying to overcharge us. We asked the new prices of the items and when given to us, they didn't add up to the total we were told- it was about $14 off (so way more than taxes would be). Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Worst food I've ever had. Pizza (cold) and didn't add toppings i asked for, wings over cooked (dry) and salad old and no dressing. Will never order from Sal's again. Plus, way too expensive...yuk
