You have to use Scan and Go in the cafe now to get anything. That is fine, unless you are 75, have a flip phone and pick up pizza on your way home a couple times a month. You know the cashier could have rang him up for a pizza, but refused to help him out. Maybe time to join costco or bjs instead of sams

I have never been more disappointed and angry in a Sam’s club before. Because of your workers REFUSING to let me in the store when I had my Sam’s club app and not my membership card my poor daughter had an accident. Even when I said I only wanted to bring my daughter in to use the bathroom. We weren’t shopping I’ve been a member since 2017 WHEN I WORKED IN THE MARKETING OFFICE and was a team lead. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Your workers nearly put their hands on me to stop be from coming in. My daughter is so embarrassed because of the treatment we got and her accident. I will be calling your market manager once I get your store number.

Zero stars if I could. Definitely “ false advertising online?why would it state that this specific location offers pizza, pretzels, etc to non members? Therefore it says you don’t have to be a member to enjoy a meal but there & they have changed it? Totally sucks here ☹️

Sadly I’ve been a member of the Sam’s Club for more than 10 years and I’m looking to cancel my membership and go to Costco. When I started going there it had amazing customer service same employees work there for years on end they raved about working there and how well they were treated now nobody wants to work there you can’t get customer help for anything plus they want you to do your own check out yourself but then check out your receipt at the door when there’s a line a mile long if not just check one or two items would have to cart why don’t they just ring you out themselves.
