Tonight's dinner april 15 2024 was great! Limpa,egg rolls, beef and broccoli, tyerkie stick. Honey garlic chicken was great. The sauce was clear and I would have liked a Lil thicker but it was great.

The prices at this place are way too high for the food you get. I was okay paying extra because I assumed the food would be amazing.. I was wrong. We got Extra Spicy General Tso's and Sesame Chicken.. they were both the exact same dish. Neither of them were spicy, they were overly sweet and both had sesame seeds on them. Not tasty in any form. Ordered a Beef Lo Mein, and it was super tiny?? Kid sized. The worst was the honey garlic chicken. I don't know what it was that we received but it was not honey garlic chicken at all. Greasy plain chicken and bowl of garlic water? We didn't understand this at all, but it was super gross. No Fortune Cookies, no utensils, no napkins.. and they took over an hour to deliver to us. Mostly just reviewing to remind myself to never order from here again.

Ordered through GrubHub and they did not deliver all my items. When I called the restaurant, he tried to blame it on the driver. Then he said they had no more of the item I ordered. Liar. Then he suggested I call GrubHub and complain, and we all know how easy that is to do. Terrible experience.

I'm happy with my order and experience. The egg roll was just how I like them. The pork fried rice is better than the normal place I usually go to. Customer service was great. I will say that I wished the main entree had a bit more spice. But I love the mushrooms that were in the mix.

Shun Xin's food is pretty bad, so I'm puzzled by their high prices and favorable reviews. If you're after anything remotely flavorful or authentic, you're going to be out of luck. You'd honestly be better off riding to Harris Teeter and picking up some frozen food.
Food was awful! Spent $64.14 for 3 meals and egg drop soup. Haven't ordered from here in a year because delivery time had gotten ridiculous but food was always good. Decided to give them another chance and we are sooo disappointed! Never again! Food is in the thrash can!

WORST CHINESE IN GREAT BRIDGE.We ordered food for our family alot here. And it kinda hit or miss but when it's a miss they refuse to correct it and get really nasty when you tell them it's no good and you would like them to remake it or refund .Dont waste your time if you want to feed your family a hot or tasteful meal!No utensils on delivery no fortune cookies. NO luck here. Just stale tasting chicken of 3 different styles and soggy egg rolls my dog wouldnt even eat .. ?
