We’ve been several times and both food and service is great every time. Tonight though, made me feel like I needed to write a review. After getting home with my order, I thought that one of the meals was made with the wrong side. I drove back to the store and started to calmly explain what I was bringing back, but looked at my receipt while I was explaining and realized that the order was indeed prepared exactly as I had pressed on the screen (I.e. the error was on my part). So I immediately apologized and was ready to go ahead and order the actual side that I needed, but within a split second of me finishing apologizing, T told me to not worry about it and he would get me the side we needed. I’m still in shock by how quickly he responded and his choice to take the initiative to do something I didn’t even ask for or expect at all. T’s choice to react this way, care about me as a customer (I’m sure I looked a little down about it) and turn it into an incredibly positive experience will probably result in far more revenue and overall business than the cost of the extra side. Huge thanks to him, and the rest of your staff tonight!

I got really sick after eating here, the diarrhea kind of sick for three days. I felt it safer to dunk my head in water and eat straight from the sea
I love going to my local Skrimp Shack. The service is good and the place is clean. Great customer service, too. I love the food, and that it can be cooked grilled as well w/different seasonings.

I ordered via delivery, and because it was seafood, paid the extra for direct delivery. The clams were awful, no flavor except in the breading, dry, stringy, even the dog didn't want to eat them. The shrimp crab po boy was cold, the crab again dry stringy, tasted almost like they'd been freezer burned. Worst po boy ever...the roll also wasn't fresh. I will usually give any place a second chance, not so here. For the price and serious lack of quality.... I just don't think I can do it...

I met the owner Kyle awhile back and let me say he seemed a bit unhinged...the restaurant seemed very unkempt and the food was far from fresh, yet I decided to give it another shot and walked in to him harassing another employee
