I live in ocean view and I had every intention of placing an order but issue with the app, long story, order was placed at the wrong time and sat for 2 hrs. Manager called me about the order and these ppl remade my whole $50+ dollar order!!! The lady at the front was amazing and didn’t make my feel like it was an inconvenience. Food was still nice and hot and juicy when I got home about 25 mins later because of that and my family was happy. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you sooooo much. Won’t use the app again but will be back to place orders in store for sure!!!! I hope I get the same ppl every time!!!

Amazing service and food! The lady that took my order was very helpful in what to recommend being as it was my first time eating there. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere! They welcome you as soon as you go inside! Very quick to serve the food! I will most definitely be dining here again!!!

The hamburger was good. The fries are crunchier than McDonalds which i prefered. The Service and atmosphere was also good. The place had a dine in restaurant feel instead of a fast food feel. The staff kept checking on us 👍

the tables were more seasoned than the very overpriced food. $40 between two people for burgers and fries is insane. you would think with that kind of money they could afford someone to clean the place up in between customers.

This place is great. A bit understaffed, but the food was solid. As a business owner myself, I’d be proud of the 2 employees who were holding the whole show down. The food slapped. They have gluten free buns. Will definitely be back.

My smash burger was pink, and my smash fries were disgustingly greasy. I literally ruined my whole meal trying to to heat the food to a proper temperature, which I wouldn’t have had to do had the food just been cooked right the first time. You’re better off getting Wendy’s, service is just as quick, they cooked their meat all the way through, and it’s no where near as expensive.

This place is full of nice staff who are very open and honest even if the circumstances are a bit hazy they come threw as a team. The restaurant inside looks wonderful and kept nice and clean. The atmosphere is always nice and populated and not a ghost town like some places. And it plays good indie music instead of the pop music that floods other stores making them robotic to be in.
