They are a scam. Their posts are misleading and disruptive. Do not patronize them.

When they first opened up at this kroger it was amazing super good for already prepared sushi. They have gone way down in quality and freshness. Also they don't put the wasabi or the ginger in anymore. Last 2 batches I bought tasted like day or two old and the attention to detail and the quality and freshness seem to have been let go. Seems the care for a great product has gone as they have a following now that will accept the lower bar from where it started. Won't buy again. Sad to see it go that way. Standards have been lowered and not very good now.

A lot of Snowfox Sushi franchises are selling right now because of the company pay percentage is very low and need to wait door dash the whole time.

If anyone is considering or interested in becoming a franchisee in Michigan, don’t. There’s unfair treatment to sushi franchisees. Their management is so poor and unprofessional. They will make you sell your sushi bar if you don’t do what they say or talk back to them. They put so much pressure on you by giving you a ticket costing you more than $1000. They never appreciate franchisees' value; instead expect you to obey their words and something in return ($ or gifts).

just tried your sushi at a Fred Meyer store in wood village, Oregon. I got the poke bowl. It was terrible. The tuna and the salmon had a lot of sinew in it. There was very little vegetables. No gari, no seaweed salad and no wasabi. It was almost all rice and the rice was hard. It was a waste of $11.99. Before your company took over I used to go through all the time but now I will never go back again. I definitely feel ripped off.
