I ordered pickup, didn’t receive my fries, callers and went back. The lady at the speaker wasn’t listening and tried to charge me for them. They give the fries and I get home just to see one of the burgers that should’ve had Texas toast, didn’t. A mess.

My experience here has always been good. They are often short handed but the food is always good fresh and they make it as if they were making it for themselves therefore I don't mind the wait. They really need to hire more people to work if you are going to have late hours. Thanks again for good service.

I went through the drive-through July 18, 2025 at 18:37. The ink is a little faded on my receipt, but I believe the carhop name is Donnaja? Anyway, the lady in the drive-through had such a warm, bright cute smile she greeted me so nicely so I complemented her and then she told me to pull around for fresh food so I pulled around. I waited very briefly. I got hot fresh mozzarella sticks. I got a really juicy hot burger And the lady who brought it out to me was very kind sweet and had a beautiful smile as well !

Well, at least part of my order was okay. The chili dogs, according to who ate them were fine. My food however, was messed up from the start. Hot dog was supposed to be mustard and pickle only, instead it was everything except mustard...gross. The pretzels were missing the cheese sauce and they were hard as a rock. Overall, not a successful night. And no excuse as this was a door dash order so it was printed out perfectly. What else is expected with fast food.... The ability to read would be nice!

One visit you’ll get a great shake with whipped cream and a foam cup. The next they tell you that that’s not how they make them and it’s just inconsistent and confusing. Takes longer than it should, and then milkshakes are coming out liquidity and have ice cream dripping on the outside and the workers know that and still hand it to you like that. $22 for 3 shakes 2 medium 1 small. Cost extra for’ m&m’s and it doesn’t seem like there’s much extra in there. My whole family comes to this sonic but I doubt we will continue

I used to come here often but this is the second time in a month that my husband and i came to eat here. Last time it took 45 minutes to get food. This time we mobile ordered thinking it would be better. We have been waiting an hour, Still no food. Will be choosing elsewhere next time
Update 2 hours now. No food no refund. Moved to the drive thru Greeted said they'd be 1 minute sat there for 20 mintues drove up to the window waited another 30 minutes.
Now waiting to see if our food has even been made.
Finally food. 2.5 hours. No apology. No refund.

Experience has been awful. We've been sitting here over an hour waiting. Ordered through the app, parked at a stall, and sat for at least 40 mins in the stall (said my food would be ready at 11:02) and couldn't get any answers. Moved to the door to just cancel the order at this point. The app won't let you, and no one is helping. Another person stood at the locked door for at least 30 mins after ordering from the stall. I'm currently still waiting... I'm just trying to get my money back at 12:08. At least answer and inform what is going on. It's not worth your time.

Update: mobile orders and doordasher are waiting to figure this mess out also. It is now 12:30. What am I supposed to do? This is just crazy. One car every 20 mins going thru the drive thru.

I don't normally eat this kind of food but this place is worth a revisit. Staff was very friendly as well. I can't give it five stars because fast food will eventually kill you.

I placed a mobile order so I didn’t have to wait. The line was long so I went inside to get the order and stood there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Would walk pass me and ignore me. Even watch one guy in the back looking at me while drinking a drink. Kinda ridiculous to have to wait for 20 minutes for a mobile order that I placed before I even arrived

Good is ok, it's fast food. The parking spots are too small so it feels like you are going to scratch your car. Every time we order from the app, it takes 20 minutes from the time we check in until we get our stuff, even though we schedule a pick up time. Somehow, they always know when my wife is with us because they mess up her order, and just hers. It's actually pretty impressive how surgical it is. We now have to go somewhere else because of this.

Food was hot- for that time of night (1am) when you think people would be lazy and give you crap; the burger and fries were like the pictures and hot… delicious
