They never mix the blasts properly. You always have to stir them yourself. The staff is generally rude and the service is extremely slow.

highly disappointed went at 8:30 no one in line ordered a drink and tots. waited for my tots only for them to be cold when i drive off terrible no one answers the phone so i can get a replacement let’s do better

I stopped by the Sonic on Battlefield today for lunch and just had to say — Taylor was amazing! She was such a breath of fresh air — super kind, funny, and made sure my order was perfect. I don't know what it is about the Sonic and late night but for some reason The simplest of orders 2 ft long chili cheese cones One with no onions add jalapenos and the other all the way becomes extremely confusing not to mention they cooked my corndog so overly well done The tip of it was black and it had split open and I know they were aware of this because the drive-thru person literally said something about the corn dog took longer to cook then making the chili cheese Coney's 🤯 not to mention how many times I had to keep repeating myself over and over and over and every time it was repeated back to me It was the opposite of what I said I literally thought I was being punked/pranked, candid camera something? Because this just cannot be real that is perfect word this was so crazy unreal and this is the second time this has happened in about a month span. I love Sonic but come on guys night shift need to get it together for real

Only ordered 2 blasts and a Limeade through the drive thru and the service took forever. I paid for my order and sat for forever, and was told to pull around to a space to wait. Another employee brought out only my 2 Blasts, and I had to ask for my Limeade. No apology was given for the wait, no drink carrier was offered for my 3 cups, and no straw for the limeade. Both were female employees that looked like I was bothering them by going there.
I ordered pickup, didn’t receive my fries, callers and went back. The lady at the speaker wasn’t listening and tried to charge me for them. They give the fries and I get home just to see one of the burgers that should’ve had Texas toast, didn’t. A mess.

My experience here has always been good. They are often short handed but the food is always good fresh and they make it as if they were making it for themselves therefore I don't mind the wait. They really need to hire more people to work if you are going to have late hours. Thanks again for good service.

I went through the drive-through July 18, 2025 at 18:37. The ink is a little faded on my receipt, but I believe the carhop name is Donnaja? Anyway, the lady in the drive-through had such a warm, bright cute smile she greeted me so nicely so I complemented her and then she told me to pull around for fresh food so I pulled around. I waited very briefly. I got hot fresh mozzarella sticks. I got a really juicy hot burger And the lady who brought it out to me was very kind sweet and had a beautiful smile as well !

Well, at least part of my order was okay. The chili dogs, according to who ate them were fine. My food however, was messed up from the start. Hot dog was supposed to be mustard and pickle only, instead it was everything except mustard...gross. The pretzels were missing the cheese sauce and they were hard as a rock. Overall, not a successful night. And no excuse as this was a door dash order so it was printed out perfectly. What else is expected with fast food.... The ability to read would be nice!
