I tried to get the $1. Double smasher advertised this week 4/23/25. At the drive thru I was advised that I had to order through the app. So I downloaded the app and realized I couldn’t order at the Chesapeake battlefield Blvd. location through the app. I got the burger anyway for almost $8.00 and the meat tasted off, like not fresh. Never again overpriced sonic, never again!

Stopped at this location yesterday and used drive-in stall. When paying for meal with credit card, I was given the option to add tip. When young lady delivered my food, I let her know that I had added a tip using my credit card. She told me she does not get her tips...and that the tips go to whoever is swiped in at the register. Why don't my tips go to the person that delivers my food? what kind of an operation are you guys running? I know she doesn't even make minimum wage, so where's the incentive to go above and beyond? this is disgusting...

Do NOT go to this location!!!! EVER! This is the poorest ran restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Two times now we have come here and sat for 45 mins to 1 hr to pick a mobile order and they can't have it ready OR even correct. How hard is it to make cheeseburgers with Cheese only? It apparently is here. I'm sitting on the side of the building for 2 cheese burgers that have to be remade. Hire new management that is competent.

This is my second review for this crappy ass establishment I spent $30 for 3 milkshakes and a cheeseburger that was dropped on the floor and they didn't even offer a replacement I had to pick up my own sandwich.

Honestly only gave a two star instead of a one star is because the pretzels are to DIEEEEE for they are almost as good as auntie Anne’s lol but anyways very bad service only one worker there and I had to wait over 10 minutes for just a pretzel and a drink… sonic has good food but bad service specifically this location (battlefield blvd VA)

Drive thru-told to pull around-waited 20mins for a $30.00 order. They were not busy at all. They bagged all my hot food first and we waited on the blast. All hot food was extremely cold. Management is obviously not performing up to their standards or the employees would be trained differently. Billion dollar corporation robbing the public of overpriced food but also receiving lazy service. Only reason I gave them a 2 is because the employee that delivered the food said sorry for the wait after I had mentioned how slow they were. Waste of time, money and health. And unfortunately we witnessed a homeless lady go into the bathroom to I guess freshen up and come out in a completely different outfit making the atmosphere uncomfortable for children!

This time of night is hit or miss with my Neighborhood sonic Last week super yummy drive thru busy different night of the week. This week Tonight drive thru voice unwelcoming,we took a bit to order /decide I swiped my card at the window in drive thru ,the window only opened to hand me my bag food ,I don't have a receipt I didn't receive one ? My tots had all kinda other food contaminates crumbs from other product fried It's was not as fresh as the other night , please try and do better it's hard enough to spend money these days y'all have a great new fun 1.99 menu which will bring more business late hours why not be ready and a bit more welcoming ❤️
