Unsatisfactory Experience with Order Accuracy

I recently visited a Sonic drive-thru and encountered issues with my order. I was charged for burgers that were missing when I got home. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the only solution offered was for me to drive 20 miles back to pick up the missing items.

This experience was disappointing and highlights a need for better order accuracy and customer service. I hope Sonic can improve in these areas moving forward.

Consistently disappointed.

This sonic has been struggling for a while. Poor quality food and extremely slow service to name a could issues. You would think now that there is a Publix in their parking lot, they would step up their game. Big fat Nope.

I did a mobile order for the simpliest order. Small fry and a cup of ice. I waited 10 mins past my pickup time only for my fries to be old, cold n crunchy and cup of ice not full. Not to mention prices/taxes in this area are more expensive. 1st and last time making a pit stop here on commute.

My review just went from 2 to 1 star. It says the owner is responding but the feedback is to call another owner. That makes no sense to me. Its deceptive that they respond to reviews asap but sadly its for the customer to take additional steps. Nope I'll let my review sit rt here and it will be more effective

Consistently put barely ANY candy in the ice cream, $11 for soft serve and a teeny tiny dash of Oreos and top, that's it. Legit a scam for how little the put in it. Never coming back and I recommend you don't either.

Lazy workers, poor customer service. They always get orders wrong. Just not reliable. This is the most overpriced fast food place that has the laziest workers. Taco bell workers at 3am make better food than they do.

Giving take out orders the run around. One went around the parking lot, no one was coming out to serve customers; they parked and knocked. No one answered only to make them wait and give them the order as they were pulling out. There are no signs here like most every other restaurants for drivers/pick up and there is no walk up window except drive thru, where they weren’t handing out the order.

Sonic is not the way it used to be growing up. It was my favorite place to come to. Now the quality and the customer service is not the best. That was the experience I had at this one at least.
