Stopped coming here months ago after my debit card information was stolen by one of the carhops. She was gone with my card for atleast 5 minutes, it shouldn’t take that long to ring up an order and come right back. A few days after this encounter my card was charged at WALMART.COM for over $300 and this is the only place I’d been and there’s no way my card could’ve been scanned with a protective sleeve on it. Btw this girl had glasses and lightskin with braids and she was a bit heavy set. Just disgusting! Don’t come here..

Tried drive thru, girl said there was a 20 min wait and 4 cars ahead,so since I didn't have reservations I ran over to mcdonalds no waiting. I don't see how sonic stays in business

Had an experience today door dashing and 2 dudes named Ciron and siemon provided excellent customer service and I really appreciate them for that. I hope y'all are taking care of them because it's hard to find good employees these days
Tots,hot fudge, 3 corn dogs, small fries, shake half strawberry half hot fudge. $29. 4th of July- corn fogs were supposed to be $1 and shakes ere supposed to be free with purchase PER sonic website. Old fries… wouldn’t have stopped for $30
Money wasted. Never got my Food. Made me wait an insane wait time. Couldnt update me but could come outside and goof off and talk to their friend in a car parked two spots from me? What absolute lazy sacks of potatoes. Worst customer service ever. If you cant run it correctly just put it out of its misery and shut it down. Pathetic.

I don’t know why I continue to go to this place. The service is incredibly slow. I placed an online order for pick up. So far it’s been 25 minutes past the time that the app said the order would be ready. The lady on the communication system argued with me to tell me they don’t honor times for pick up and she has no clue the app would say a pick up time. I give this place a shot once every 6-8 months and for many years it’s been the same issue. The excuse of having only 1 person in the kitchen on a Friday night isn’t acceptable.

Food was only ok. Nowhere near the online time quoted. Service was non-existent. Pretty much ignore you until you call and complain in carryout, basically shoving your food at you with some lame excuse as if you didn't just watch them help drivethrew while your food gets cold. The atmosphere is also non-existent. Some music over the speakers, but it is poorly kept, disrespectful, and rude. Drive threw takes priority for only meah, ok = don't recommend coming here
