Went there today at 1230. The door was locked. Three customers came out to smoke. One was smoking weed and they said the cook was in the back so that’s why the door was locked. Guess they didn’t want our business. Terribly disappointing

Sadly, I didn't get a chance to order! Bartender was nice. I went to wash my hands; no soap, towels, drop ceiling tiles on the floor, dirty walls and floors. The dining room was equally as dirty; stains and dirt all over the walls and floors. I couldn't bring myself to eat there. C'mon guys! Clean!

This place is def a hidden gem. I thought it was gonna be a restaurant, but it was more of a bar. The food was def on point. And Lisa was a whole vibe. She treated us like we were family in her own home. We ordered ribs, wings, chicken sandwich, fried gizzards, and pork rinds which all came with fries, Mac n cheese, and collared greens. Everything was tasty, but if you eat gizzards these are a must try... Tender and perfectly fried. I would recommend bringing the menu up to date and do some boosting of the business on all social platforms. Till next time Southern Flair..

This was my first time here & my last. Service was horrible but charged us an auto gratuity. It was my friends birthday and she had her get together there. After we received our food, no one ever returned. Several people told the staff SEVERAL times that there were some who never received their checks, at one point the birthday girl told the dj, “can u please see where the young lady is that is serving us!” I received my ck and paid it. After about 2 hours of asking, we left. SERVER NEVER RETURNED ALL NIGHT, bought food out & no water no nothing! 3 of is in the party received our cks - we was there 1st & the others ordered when we paid our cks, once the 2nd half of the party received their food - we never had service after that point. That night I had the charge for my food & drinks AND GRATUITY- $36. Ok cool - Sunday the other person who received a check texted me and said was your charge right on your card - I told her Friday it was, I look at my account and these folks ran my card for $72.00! My thing is my friend reserved the table - so they had her number to call & say sorry we didn’t come back to ck on you ??? How would u like to settle up or do u mind us putting your charges on the other guests in your party. We called n left several msgs - the birthday girl apologized to us - it wasn’t her fault- we just had piss poor service. The birthday girl called and called so she finally went there and spoke with management. Mind you noone ever returned our call. FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT-

It seems I had the same experience as many others. Glad to know it wasn't just me. We were ignored completely and left after about 15 minutes, which was more than enough time to take it all in and realize what a dump it is. Don't waste your time here.
