Ordered two drinks via their app and I swear we were in the drive-thru for a good 20 minutes.. It wasn't that the line was long, but rather the staff seemed a bit slow at crafting the orders. The car in front of us had only one drink, but we were behind them for a while. When it was our turn, my wife's drink was ready and they had not made my caramel frap yet. Few minutes later it was ready. Maybe they were short staffed or busy inside.

This is not about the product: but on a rainy evening (18 July), a young staff member went out of his way to help a lost traveller with directions. I just want the staff member to know how much the effort was appreciated. I'm sorry I didn't get the staff member's name but thank you!
hate this starbucks. asked the person at mobile pickup for my order. and she just kept making her drinks. app said it was ready. the drink wasnt there. the order disappeared in app. asked another girl. and said it wasnt there.
