I go to the Starbucks normally near kempsville. I make my own coffee through my app, and it comes out perfectly. But anytime I order specifically from this one, it's like nobody knows how to follow directions. My ice coffee comes out wrong everytime. Its upsetting to start your day wrong. I pay a good bit for my ice coffee. It would be nice if they could get it right like the other starbucks.

A little tricky to get in due to construction around the area but overall an efficient drive thru experience. Not too busy at 0630 and can get back in the road quickly. Looks like new construction and parking lot. Would recommend.

Ordered two drinks via their app and I swear we were in the drive-thru for a good 20 minutes.. It wasn't that the line was long, but rather the staff seemed a bit slow at crafting the orders. The car in front of us had only one drink, but we were behind them for a while. When it was our turn, my wife's drink was ready and they had not made my caramel frap yet. Few minutes later it was ready. Maybe they were short staffed or busy inside.
