Burnt espresso shots....not a great way to start the day. Service was a bit slow but burnt, bitter coffee for the price is unacceptable

I normally go through the drive-thru on the weekdays, early in the morning. The morning staff are absolutely amazing and take a few seconds to talk to me everytime I go. The staff have always been very pleasant, fast and always have a smile on their face. Thank you to all the early barista staff:)

Loud loud loud! The music was full blast and if you have the slightest sensory issues, do not plan on staying! I had my noise cancellation headphones on and it was extremely loud like a nightclub. They were out of a lot of food options. The staff was nice for the most part. I will only use drive through at this location from now on.

This is the right place for coffee and wonderful service! I had to stop in today with no phone( I forgot it at home) and a car that had broken down. Char gave me a huge smile and her cell phone. I got my coffee, my call for help and a safe warm place to sit while I waited. Everyone was just wonderful and my coffee helped get me through ❣️

Parking: Parking lot navigation can be tricky. Sometimes, it’s easier to park in the Harris Teeter lot.

The latte was terrible, I tried 2 cups, both were equally bad. The only was I can describe them was tasteless, but bitter! Had food, but not listed as a choice (Egg pesto mozzarella sandwich) It was okay.

1st time getting breakfast at any starbucks. I had sausage bacon wrap. First half of the wrap was just wrap. As for sausage bacon looked like it was one shake out of a shaker. The egg was runny. My son goy a 5 dollar sandwitch. It was the size of a 50 cent peice. And again it had one shake of backon bits. That was the worst sandwich ever. Also got 2 drinks whey where fine. They should stick to coffee.
