I ordered a coffee and it took 45 minutes for me to receive it. The employee's name was Madi I believe, and when I asked about the status of my order she passive aggressively sighed and proceeded to walk away from the espresso machine and complained to another coworker before walking off entirely! I've never felt more embarrassed and humiliated asking about my coffee before!!! Her coworker's were very nice and apologetic and handled my drink for me. I've never had an experience as repulsive as this before, and such behavior should never be tolerated in an establishment as fine as this. Thankfully the other employees we very nice and professional and handled me with the care and respect that she so very clearly lacked!

Literally the slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever had. It’s actually unbelievable. This also isn’t just a 1 time experience, this is every single time I go to this location.

The barista that works during the week uses way too much milk in the coffees. I get the same coffee at other Starbucks and it taste much better. I’ve noticed it the last couple times I’ve come and I’ve decided I will no longer go to the Starbucks. also I feel the service is lacking. They’re not very friendly. They don’t say hello at other Starbucks they seem to greet you when you come in and seem to be in a better mood not sure what’s going on there.

Alice and her coworkers at this location, are the VERY BEST!!! My family and I always receive the very best service here! They deserve the highest praise and recognition for a job very well done. 😁

On Sep 10th at 6am, I stopped by this locations drive-thru, ordered the pecan oat milk cortado, and I have to say, whoever made it did a terrific job!!! It’s the best tasting cup of coffee from Starbucks I ever had. I ordered it again at a different location but they did not make it the same way. Also, I have to give praise to all the staff that work there, always professional, customer service on point, not to mention they time management on point too! Great job guys! You all deserve a raise! 🤞🏽

I've been to a lot of Starbucks drive-thrus, but this one must be the slowest. I had a mobile order. I was there at my estimated pickup time but my drink was handed to me about 10 minutes past it. There were only 2 cars in front of me but it took forever. I have intentionally avoided this Starbucks for quite some time now because they were slow in years past when I'd been there, but this is even worse than I remember. The product itself was made well & they were pleasant, but I will be going instead to the Fordam Drive & Colonial Ave locations. Both of those always get my drink right in a fraction of the time I spent tonight. The point of drive thru is convenience & speed -- the Hanbury location falls short in both of these areas.
The Mocha Frappuccino is rich, creamy, and perfectly chocolatey…just the right amount of sweetness. The service is always quick, even during busy times. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I normally go through the drive-thru on the weekdays, early in the morning. The morning staff are absolutely amazing and take a few seconds to talk to me everytime I go. The staff have always been very pleasant, fast and always have a smile on their face. Thank you to all the early barista staff:)
So far, I've only been in once since I was in the area. It was clean at the time & the employees were nice.
Shout out to Naomi, who knew the way to my new favorite drink before I even knew I needed it! Teamwork was great with all staff present. Thanks for brightening my day!
Loud loud loud! The music was full blast and if you have the slightest sensory issues, do not plan on staying! I had my noise cancellation headphones on and it was extremely loud like a nightclub. They were out of a lot of food options. The staff was nice for the most part. I will only use drive through at this location from now on.
