Drinks are always low and not.actuallu full, any time I ask for light ice, its not at all and the drinks are 50%ice, if I'm paying 6-8 bucks for a drink it's shouldn't be mostly ice that gets watered down and shitty tasting. My drink today was low low, not even close to full and I'm tired of this store so I'm not going to this location any longer.

.y granddaughter wanted to come here for her 9th birthday. She already knew what she wanted. We were greeted by all staff. Happy birthday from All the staff . She felt amazing. Can't thank the staff enough for making her day special!

never had a problem with this location! the baristas are always nice whether in the drive thru or in store. i did have the one breakfast burrito that was cold in the middle a few months ago from this location, but it must’ve just been a one-off experience because everytime i got it before then & since then it’s been great. i usually mobile order & have never had to wait longer than 6-7 minutes for my order- which is usually 3+ items because i rarely come alone. my friends, husband, & i will continue to frequent this location!!

The healthy options like the peanut butter protein box and the chick pea box are always unavailable when we ask for it which is not shown on the website.

Dietary restrictions: On certain items that are offered they will make it to your asking to help with your order.

Parking: The worst parking lot I’ve seen there is no space it’s a bad design and awkward to get in and out.

Incredibly slow service, don’t expect to get your order for at least 15-20 minutes even if they seem fairly unoccupied. The drinks were fine though, fairly standard Starbucks quality. But, they really could improve the service speed and cleanliness of the establishment.

Parking: Not a lot of parking spots and a really annoyingly bottlenecked exit/entrance

The drive thru is very slow, it takes up to 10 minutes in the line of cars to receive the product, this didn't happen two months ago, did they change the work group?

I look for consistency, this location is consistently poor in service. And the nerve to ask for a tip... I have gone there 4 morning in a row. Placing my order, no problem. Getting my order is ridiculous! A sandwich and a coffee, so the tall Caucasian heavy set girl with glasses hands me sandwich which by the way always looks like it was thrown around all mangled in little paper sack. Then holds the payment terminal out the window suggesting a tip, zap ding payment taken in seconds. My supposedly hot coffee sitting behind her, she then walks away fixing 2 other drinks for other customers while mine just sits there, then comes and hands me my drink that had been ready prior to her walking away to fix the other drinks for other people. Where is the common sense and good customer service in that??? So , I say so you really had me sit and wait while my drink was ready and sitting there, clearly it should have been handed to me the second after you took my payment being though it was ready. Same person, same bad service each time. absolutely unacceptable. A horrible representation of Starbucks! I hate to complain but, this needs to stop.

This is unfortunately the slowest Starbucks that I have ever encountered. I thought maybe it was just an off day for them, but it’s really unfortunate that it is every single time we come in. It should not take over 30 minutes for a mobile order to be ready. It would be different if the employees were sorry about wait times, but instead they make you feel like such an inconvenience.
