1st. They got my order wrong( surprise )
2nd. The bathrooms smell like someone pisses in them for fun
3rd. Is for whoever managers this place. I read it was a mix between Lisa and Zach but I'm not sure who is actually available. but I would hope that for a store so poor they would keep there name off the card.
Did I get my cup written on. No. Did I get greeted .No. and my order was wrong. Again. AGAIN

Every time I go to this Starbucks I wait 15-30 minutes for my drink and I usually and sitting there waiting for them to come take my order and it’s not like I order a lot I just get one uncomplicated drink and half the time my order isn’t even right it will be missing the cold foam or missing the syrup and it’s just super annoying. The staffed is nice but the service is just so slow.

Zack and Mel were very customer friendly and welcoming when we came into the Starbucks this morning. The store was super clean and stocked up. They are very friendly and quick service.
Not sure why this store has low reviews, my experiences have been great. Im not a Starbucks person but received gift cards for Christmas. I've been here twice in one week..mind you there is a closer one to my house but that Starbucks is not as friendly. I liked my first interaction my first time here in drive thru, I didnt get his name but he worked New Year morning. Because of that, I came back today thru drive thru, Different people and they all just had such great service and attitudes while even with a long line. I definitely rather come here than the one that is closer to my house. Thanks for being so friendly especially after being I just got off a 12 hr shift, its warming to see. Ill probably be back tomorrow morning after work lol.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s the closest to my house so unfortunately I always choose this one, however, they consistently 10/10 times do not make a single drink right. Don’t bother customizing your drink because you will not get what you ask for.
Ren and Tori were the sweetest baristas I have ever had! I am pregnant and ordered a drink with a flavor that didn’t agree with baby. these two were beyond kind and helpful with remaking my drink. This form of customer service is hard to come by these days (: they made my day!

Drinks are made inconsistently, sometimes they’re good but today this was horrible. I waited 15 minutes for it. Not worth $7 plus tip.

11/1/25 about 1:20 pm. The young lady at the drive thru handed me my drink with the lid not on correctly and it spilled in my vehicle. She didn't apologize or anything. She acted as if she didn't care. Didn't offer to redo my order either. I won't ever come back to this location again.

I love the coffee mmm fall
This was supposed to be a spinach feta wrap, not sure what I received. The bread was hard and as you can see from the photos I’ve attached, it is nothing like the picture. Will not be ordering breakfast from Starbucks again. This is an ongoing issue with multiple breakfast items.
Do you want to know why this Starbucks is rated so low? Read the following. Me:: can I get a large cold brew with light cream? Them:: OK so you want a Vente cold brew with extra cream. Fortunately, I was able to get out of line and cancel my order. After reading the reviews, this issue is common. Drinks made incorrectly, orders not complete, etc. My fault for not reading the reviews. At $15 an hour to pour coffee and reheat food, They have to do a better job. It’s obvious the training and management at this particular facility is lacking. Recommend going to the one in the Kroger shopping center. Much better.

OK, so I do feel like I own an apology to the person inside the store for my initial attitude when I walked inside to correct my drink. However, waiting in line for as long as I did and come to find my drink was made incorrectly was upsetting. So when I went inside they really weren’t that friendly and I had ordered something that was incorrectly made. They proceeded to redo it and it was disgusting. There was like no flavor. It was literally water. I really wish that I would’ve spoken up and I don’t know why I didn’t at that point. I was just very irritated because you pay almost 5 dollars for a refresher and it’s incorrectly done fine but then it’s not even made correctly? I’m sorry I just feel the customer service should have been a lot better.

Stopped at the Woodlake Starbucks! I go there every morning with my girlfriend!!! On Labor Day Jess really helped us out when we ordered the item wrong on the app.
