We regularly stop by this Starbucks. We have our regular drink that we order but this time we learned it was no longer on available and that they were making some
changes to the menu. Zack was at the window and took some time with us sharing the changes and how we could order our drink. Even shared the price point difference. Superb customer service. Mrs. Shannon and mrs. Sara are the perfect examples of customer service. As a mom of a nonverbal autistic child, they dont make me feel bad if my child gets into things, they actually embrace it. They have the best conversations. I know if im having a bad day, i can go in there and get my boost of energy and confidence. Thank you ladies!!
