I went to starbucks to get a nice hot drink for my friend, I ordered a hot cocoa but when I gave my friend their drink, they said it wasnt a hot cocoa and it was coffee, my friend cant drink coffee so we were very dissapointed because it was 7$ and we didnt have time to go back.

You really should limit the amount of espresso shots someone can add to their drink. 6 to 8 shots is too much. Breakfast was super greasy. But great customer service!
