Rough start as expected with a brand new location, they got swamped the first couple of weeks, but ive been going since they opened. Staff is always polite and attentive as they can be, drinks have been great since the locations grand opening has calmed down and passed..

First trip they gave me the wrong sandwich. Second trip there was a dog inside that was obviously not a service animal who put its paws up on the counter and they said not a word to the owner and did not clean the counter afterwards. Pretty sure that goes against health codes.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and personable. They even remembered to ask about drink preferences we had forgotten! While on the patio, there was an aggressive encounter between drive-thru customers. The staff immediately responded in a truly professional manner. When my son became upset by the loud noise from it, they comforted him and gave him a treat. We were beyond impressed and grateful. Wonderful experience!

Just had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I arrived with no line, ordered an iced pumpkin chai, and when I got to the window they told me that they were out of the cold foam. They offered to put the pumpkin sauce directly in the chai and I said that would be fine. They then asked me to circle back around and go through the drive through again. By that point, there were about 8 cars in line and I had to wait (for an unknown reason??) at the back of the line. When I got to the window, I paid for my drink, asked why they had me go to the back and they said it was because “their times get messed up if they have me waiting too long.” In total it took me 30 minutes to get my drink from start to finish. Absolutely unacceptable to move your customer to the back of the line because YOU ran out of product.

There is a lot of construction and traffic due to the bridge. It makes it very hard hear their questions when ordering and hard to get in or out of the parking lot. 😩 The manger Eddie made sure to repeat my order thankfully, because I couldn’t even hear myself think. When I got to the window, the baristas were very fun and we shared some laughs. The person in front of me apparently woke up on the wrong side of the bed 👀, like these other people in the reviews. Maybeeeee, you should go elsewhere if you don’t have the patience or time! It’s nice to see people enjoying their job for once; regardless of the ignorance they come across. Also, due to the wait coming in and out of that parking lot, I got a gift card. 🥳 A win is a win, I will definitely be returning to this location and using it! Thank you all for making my morning 😄☕️❤️

The workers were very nice, but I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha, and when I drove away and tasted it, it was cold. It was very much room temperature like it had been sitting for an hour.

I am a Starbucks regular (every day for years.) I just recently started coming to this one because it’s closer to my home than the country club location. I’m particular about my order and most days it’s correct. If something is missing or not right they have no issue with correcting it or remaking it. I don’t know all of the baristas by name yet, but everyone is nice.

They gotta do some better training here. The past two times I’ve gone the drinks are completely watery. They need to send in a better training team asap… I got three drinks and this was SUPPOSED to be the new Matcha with lavender foam and… 100% not like the picture To mention all the blended drinks, I’ve gotten are super super thin and watery.

I live less than a mile away from this location. First time I’ve ordered online and customer service is great! Too bad the bridge being worked on prevents me from purchasing star bucks every day saving my bank account. This would be an every day trip if it wasn’t for the bridge.

Never again… I had them to remake my drink bc I was told the guy was fixing it
Meanwhile there was a drink just sitting on the counter melting. The guy picked it up several times walking around with it then decides he wants to hand it to me. So it was basically an iced coffee by the time I got it. They remade it and then I got a cup of whip cream and a bottle of syrup.
