Rough start as expected with a brand new location, they got swamped the first couple of weeks, but ive been going since they opened. Staff is always polite and attentive as they can be, drinks have been great since the locations grand opening has calmed down and passed..
From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and personable. They even remembered to ask about drink preferences we had forgotten! While on the patio, there was an aggressive encounter between drive-thru customers. The staff immediately responded in a truly professional manner. When my son became upset by the loud noise from it, they comforted him and gave him a treat. We were beyond impressed and grateful. Wonderful experience!
There is a lot of construction and traffic due to the bridge. It makes it very hard hear their questions when ordering and hard to get in or out of the parking lot. 😩 The manger Eddie made sure to repeat my order thankfully, because I couldn’t even hear myself think. When I got to the window, the baristas were very fun and we shared some laughs. The person in front of me apparently woke up on the wrong side of the bed 👀, like these other people in the reviews.
