They do not have good customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you come to pick up a mobile order. I came in for an order the girl saw it on the counter behind her and she said she’ll get it for me in a second. She could’ve easily passed it to me.

I really don’t write reviews, but this is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. multiple times I’ve waited for my order after placing my order that’s it’s been ready to go . When I arrive I’m still waiting they’ve gotta my orders wrong multiple times and just very inconsiderate workers. I’ve spilled my drink on me because they never made sure the lid was tight and wasted half of my drink and the guy just said sorry about that and threw me a new lid.
Excellent staff! They will remind me to use my stars and I like that. Efficient drive through and an extensive beverage selection for every diet.

I Waited 30 minutes for the incorrect order. I ordered a lavaneder oat milk Matcha and this is what I got lmao?? I drank it because it's literally 10 bucks if your gonna make your drinks this expensive please learn how to do your job correctly. This is the third time In a row you've got my order wrong is it that hard.

I don’t like giving reviews, but in this case it’s warranted especially, because I’ve been to this Starbucks plenty of times before. I placed my order ahead of time, and received a crushed up dark toffee cake I have been to plenty of Starbucks, and that has never happened. To top it off when I went in and asked for ice for my Stanley cup, she dumped the ice in my cup, and got it all over my hand, and the counter and didn’t bother to clean it up or apologize. I understand it was early in the morning, but there is a serious lack of common courtesy. I get it that the holidays were exhausting, but customer service goes along way, I have worked in retail, and I get it isn’t easy but it takes nothing to be mindful of your customers.
