I Waited 30 minutes for the incorrect order. I ordered a lavaneder oat milk Matcha and this is what I got lmao?? I drank it because it's literally 10 bucks if your gonna make your drinks this expensive please learn how to do your job correctly. This is the third time In a row you've got my order wrong is it that hard.

I don’t like giving reviews, but in this case it’s warranted especially, because I’ve been to this Starbucks plenty of times before. I placed my order ahead of time, and received a crushed up dark toffee cake I have been to plenty of Starbucks, and that has never happened. To top it off when I went in and asked for ice for my Stanley cup, she dumped the ice in my cup, and got it all over my hand, and the counter and didn’t bother to clean it up or apologize. I understand it was early in the morning, but there is a serious lack of common courtesy. I get it that the holidays were exhausting, but customer service goes along way, I have worked in retail, and I get it isn’t easy but it takes nothing to be mindful of your customers.

I went in to pick up my mobile order today and was confused when I saw a grande when I thought (incorrectly) that I ordered a venti. Without missing a beat, Nicole read my body language, asked if something was wrong, and proceeded to make me a venti.

The customer service at this Starbucks is horrible. Super rude. Yelled at us and said “since you just ordered on the mobile app, your drinks aren’t ready so next time give us 5-10 minutes” but if I would of came into the drive thru it would of taken just the same amount of time then it would to make my drinks that I ordered on the app. Super nasty customer service and will not be coming here again. I will be going out of my way to not come here again.
