Coffee is the best especially when Syd or Harry make it but I hate the playlists that are just one artist!!!!!! I do not want to listen to JUST Ariana grande for an hour straight!!!!!! What the heck????Wheelchair accessibility: If people park in the disabled off loading spot no one in a wheel chair can access the building :(

This Starbucks location is the worst. Every time I go I ask for light ice and instead get a cup overfilled with ice. Try to call and ask for some kind of assistance? Not happening cause no one will pick up the phone. Avoid this location.

Starbucks has done away with all their good drinks!!!They no longer have the Raspberry syrup for a Raspberry Mocha anything, and a total bummer that they did away with their Egg Nog drinks this year?. They keep jacking up prices, while no longer offering the drinks people actually like to indulge and the service here was mediocre at best. The workers seemed irritated at the fact of us having to take our time ordering (looking over the menu board) after asking for multiple drinks they have either discontinued or no longer sell. Then I order a drink with NO whip cream, and they still put whip cream on it. When I pointed out the error, they had the audacity to just scrape the whip cream off the top and handed it to me instead of making a new one correctly. I will no longer spend my money at this or any other Starbucks after this issue ( which is not my first issue at this establishment). I would not recommend this establishment after the horrible experience I endured.

Ordered drinks thru the drive thru, everything sounded fine. Got up to the window and my husband's veintewas grande. My hot drink was made iced. Drinks were remade, minus the fact they ignored the need for almond milk, not cows milk for my drink. Some people cannot have cow's milk, it's not just to be cool that people order alternative milk options. I paid almost an extra dollar for almond milk because i can't have cow's milk only to get the wrong one. It's not even worth it going back to have the drink remade for 3rd time...there goes seven bucks.

Sale was totally wrong request light ice and then give me a venti size with a service of a grande and then blamed it in other stores ... not adding obvious as a regular customer I now light ice charges you $1.00 extraAnd give me that a was so mad no way I will go to that store again, no empathy and lack of professionalism blaming others stores and colleagues.
