Nothing less nothing more. I’m use to being greeted when I walk into most Starbucks, they weren’t the friendliest. I didn’t eat, I only had coffee & purchased a mug. I chose this spot only because it was close to the hotel I stayed at on my trip to Virginia. Merci!

Placed order at drive thru and paid with CC and gift card. The cashier asked me to tap or place card in slot. He also said we do ask for tips as well. Ask for receipt, which he had me wait almost two minutes. Drive off, and this is my fault for not checking the temperature of the latte. It was cold, and banana bread was also. I've been to this location many times and never had a cashier, so nonchalant about the customer's experience. Didn't have time to go in.

2 girls working tonight behind the counter acting like they didn't know I was there and then decided to tell me they were closed after just serving someone else. Totally unprofessional!

The staff are always super friendly and the drinks are always great. Prepare for long lines for the drive-thru in the mornings, but usually they get the cars through fast.

The staff at the location are so friendly and your drink is almost always ready when you arrive (If you order via the app). They just had a remodel so the environment is so new and inviting.

Look yall...im all for you trying to save money and have one person work the counter in the morning ...but honestly have it with someone who moves a little faster than the speed of a snail. This guy, bless his heart, couldn't keep up with 3 peoples orders. The lady who was in front of me waited 10 minutes for her 2nd item, and there is still a lady behind me who hasn't been served yet. Do better....

Ordered a dragon fruit refresher and it was disgusting. Wasnt even a purple color it’s a deep red with blackberries?? super sour and horrible and when asked about it compared to the other dragon fruit refresher i ordered the barista said it was the same thing. absolutely not.
