I live right by the Moses grandy location. But I ONLY go to this location! Plus my business is right down the road. They make my drinks absolutely perfect. Especially today added more chocolate drizzle. It was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 everyone is super nice and even if its busy they always give great service and positive attitude towards me.

I order through mobile order usually on my way to work. I am usually very pleased with this location however yesterday morning I ordered Sausage Cheddar no egg and it was very hard and could not eat it. When I got to work I sipped the coffee and it was pumpkin spice. I order Carmel macchiato and received pumpkin spice. I did not drink it because I have bad heartburn. I attemped to call this location and it let it ring 20 times. No answer or voicemail.

By far the worst customer service I have every recieved at a Starbucks. It seemed like all the workers were very unhappy with their work environment and therefore it was transfered to the customer. I have been to starbucks daily all over the world and this ranks as the worst.

Extremely slow wait time. Will take weeks to offer to assist with placing your order. They will walk around and ignore you as soon as you approach the register. Do not be fooled by the location. Especially if you're a minority.

I have been on the fence about leaving a review. But someone once said “It can’t be fixed, if no one knows it is broke“. Over the last 4 months the service here has dropped tremendously. There is not one given day or time the drive thru is backed up around the building. Inside waiting is more than 10 minutes at any given time of day or week. The thought was due to all the holiday drinks but IMO I feel it is the lack of employees. I have been coming here for over a year and multiple times a week and occasionally a day. The turn over in employment has been pretty significant. I have even talked to some of the employees outside of work and they are feeling the stress of the turn over and the unpleasant feeling of customers. At this time, if you need your SB fix and can’t just hang around, it is time to visit a new location.

I come to this Starbucks almost every morning - as a working mom with a demanding job and schedule, this is the one thing I do for myself.
The staff are always so pleasant and nice. I want to give special recognition to Trista - 430am is early, but she is there with bells on. She knows my order and makes my coffee perfect whenever she is there.
Whenever there is a mess up I ask them to please remake my coffee and they will. (Which whenever I do have to ask this I always feel extremely bad, but again it’s the thing I do for me so I want to love it!)

This is honestly the worst Starbucks. They always take 3X longer than it should to get your order as they ignore mobile orders until you ask them to make it and they never make the drinks correctly. Every so often I give this one another try because it’s the closest one to me, but usually I’ll drive further to any of the other locations in Chesapeake and never have a single problem with any of the other locations. Honestly I should probably thank them on behalf of my wallet because this location is so bad I end up just skipping it altogether more often than not.

This is the slowest Starbucks. The past three times I ordered ahead. The estimated wait was 20 minutes. The coffee came out well past the time. I don't order anything fancy, just a nitro.
