I needed a pick me up so I stopped by this location and I'm so thankful I did! Jerrod was quick to greet me with a smile and pleasant welcome. He was out of something to make my normal order so I decided to go with another version of it. He made nice conversation while I waited for him to work his magic and boom! He certainly surprised me with a coffee better than what I usually get! Thank you so much for that, it really made my night!

I love Starbucks but these drinks were horrendous the Carmel ribbon crunch tasted like coffee only my vanilla bean crème tastes like the vanilla is missing. It is very disappointing considering they do not have a phone number so you can let the staff know. I only will be attending the hanbury or Carmichael way Starbucks only now

NEVER leave reviews, but this place has never done me wrong. It's my secret Starbucks when the drive-thru Hanbury location is slammed. On top of that, the customer service has always been exceptional. These folks do a great job all with a radiating smile on their face. Thanks Jon!

My drink was wrong. It was correct on the outside of the cup but the guy was so busy talking to one of his customer friends that he made it wrong. I could not return it because I had to be to work & of course there's no number for this location. Wasted my money
