Starbucks

I have been trying to call this location for two hours. I am unable to get ahold of them, and Starbucks customer service also cannot get through. Are the phones down?

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. I’m not sure if there weren’t enough people or if everyone was new. No one seemed to care how long we had to wait for a mobile order. 30 min wait once I was in the store. I won’t be back.

Wasted time and money this morning on coffee I will not drink due to the gentleman at the window that took my order if you didn't understand what I was asking for just ask me to make it simpler to understand. And it's sad I tried to hand you a tip but it was like you were refusing it and now I appreciate that so very much. I even tried to call but go figure no one answered Happy Thanksgiving

My favorite Starbucks! By far the busiest in this area but the people are great, they try really hard to keep a good flow and minimal wait times, while remaining upbeat and cheerful. They make an effort to get to know people while pregnant crafting quality drinks.

Its literally no customer service here not a smile or nothing people just not happy no more I advise you to stay home and work on that stop bringing darkness around people.

Austin that typically works in the mornings is the absolute best! He is so kind and so calm. He has the perfect zen personality to be serving people in the early AM. If Austin is taking your order or serving you at this location you know you’re off your a good start for the day.

Starbucks is normally my drive-thru coffee go to. Today, i went in with a few friends to just sit and order one of the many non-coffee summer drinks currently available. Our local Starbucks wasn't super busy. The building was cool. As usual, there was a great playlist going. I ordered my drink and a brownie. I was offered the opportunity to have it heated. Of course, i said yes!!!! My drink was ready quickly and i believe Angels sang when i bit into my brownie. My Pineapple delight was yummy and refreshing. It had a tad too much ice, but who's complaining on this hot day!!!! I enjoyed this little break from the normal pop thru the drive thru that i usually do.

The drinks that my husband and I were great, but the cashier egging on our dog was not appropriate. If your dog barks, then be aware that an employee will bark at your dog. It ruined our dog's first pupcup experience on her birthday.

Outstanding crew. Austin, Nikki, Hannah and everyone in there are terrific. Consisitent and personable. Best Starbucks experience in the area.
