Great visit today during the snow! Store was busy but the employee helping me at the register was patient and so nice and helped me with a lot of gift cards for gifts and recommended the Caramel Brûlée latte and it was delicious. Thumbs up

The service at this establishment was absolutely terrible! I waited patiently for five minutes at the window and still no response. When I pulled up to place my order, to inform them that their drive through speaker wasn’t working. The gentleman with the brown/red long hair at the window stated he was looking at us on the camera but didn’t hear us. He then informed us that he had a timer, and ask if we could drive around again to the speaker again (in the long line) and he’d get our order then and closed the window. This is completely unacceptable customer service! It was a major oversight on their part, and it’s unfortunate that it couldn’t be resolved.

I'm always amazed at how they know my drink ingredients. Carmel macchiato iced and coffee, but mine is a milkshake with a kick. Helps me stay focused and helps me to move a little quicker to make the day go by while at work.

Zion I hope I spell his name correctly but I love his service professional and his willingness to to go above and beyond after I left something off my order they are so nice and he made my pumpkin drink so good the whip cream was like a cloud drizzle with Carmel the best I told him I wanted to tell some one about his drink a service he need a rise

Love working at Starbucks and today the staff made me feel so blessed. Great drink, and kind staff. I will def make the drive to come back here! What a great spot! Super clean too!

I’m not sure what was going on, but no one acknowledged my husband or me. There was a young man at the drive-thru, a young lady making drinks, and another person in the back. I stood waiting for some time, but no one assisted me, so I eventually left. They didn’t even talk to each other. It was somewhat of a somber atmosphere. I hope they are all okay.

Tried the salted caramel frap, it was really good! Please bring back the salted caramel mocha, it was my all time favorite! Service was friendly and fast and the store was clean. Will be back to this location.

It's mediocre coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Nothing bad about it, just nothing special. I will say my hot coffee was lukewarm and they didn't make it right, but it was close enough. Overall bland experience. I wish black rifle coffee had a closer location.

I been coming to this Starbucks for years but the customer service lately isn’t to par and they expect to be tipped now and that makes me uncomfortable cause I always tip no matter what and the drinks aren’t being made correctly.higher high school or college kids they wanna work .

Quick service, even from the app

We have been coming to this Starbucks for for nine years, but recently the quality of service has gone down hill. Our orders have been incorrect or inconsistent on quality, when we try to let them know the order was wrong the baristas have been rude or confrontational. As a former long time Barista and Starbucks partner myself, I am extremely disappointed on how badly my family is being treated at one of my former stores. Please take a round turn on these issues so I can proudly recommend people to frequent this store again.
