I been coming to this Starbucks for years but the customer service lately isn’t to par and they expect to be tipped now and that makes me uncomfortable cause I always tip no matter what and the drinks aren’t being made correctly.higher high school or college kids they wanna work .
Meh. Depends who’s working when and where that’ll make your drink exceptional. Which, when it’s $13 a drink and these baristas get paid benefits you would think it can’t be hit or miss but still is. Where’s the AI to replace fast food service to make it PERFECT every single time without fail already?! Bye baristas hello to future perfection in every cup
I dropped my order and panicked and then Josh, assured me that it would be taken care of no charge. What a relief this was as I was getting coffee for not just myself, but my boss lol. Thanks Josh
