I've been going to this Starbucks for a year now and no matter what time or day I go in the there the girls have the greatest customer service. I'm not one to write reviews but we all know it so hard to get people to do the littlest things for you in this day. Yet these girls every single one of them make sure my experience are the target location is 100% I thank them for making my coffee and making it exactly how I love it ?

Terrible customer service. Venti drinks never filled. Tonight was the last time I go to this location. I was given the incorrect drink and told it was what I ordered in a not so nice manner. When I drove off and looked back in the app I was correct. The sticker on the drink was even correct. I’ll be giving my business to the Starbucks down the road from now on!

I keep coming back thinking “it will be different this time,” and it never is. Always out of things, drinks made incorrectly over half the time, no matter what time of day it is they “aren’t serving for a while because everyone is on break.” I’ve given it about 10 chances and all 10 have been terrible. The only way they can be this consistently poor is bad management. It needs to change or the standalone location across the street about to open is 100% driving them out.
Casher had an attitude. I asked if I can pay with stars, she said yes. I swiped my card, she said there was no money on it, I told her I was paying with stars, she said I needed to say I am redeeming with stars. I then asked isn't saying paying with stats and redeeming with starsthe same? With an attitude she said no. Don't need attitude, plenty of official starbuck stores around.
