Friendly, professional staff. Clean kitchen, sandwich prep areas. fresh ingredients. HIGHLY recommend this Subway! The staff member patiently assembled our sandwiches, as if she was making her own sandwich. After you shop, stop by and treat yourself.

Ordered a mobile at 2:40 said it would be ready by 3 showed up to get my order and was told it was going to take another 20 minutes because they had not started on my order and it would be made after everyone in line was helped. Asked for a refund and was told no they wouldn’t refund it. Finally got the food only for it to be made wrong and nasty. Will not order from here again.

I can't say enough positive things about the owners/managers of this Subway. Every time I go in there theycan't be more helpful and ready to help their customers.The place is spotless clean and a pleasure to eat at! I wish more establishments were like this one!

To the older back lady that waited on me today 9/19 1:35ish I hope your day gets better and you can find it in your self to crack a smile. As well as realize who is paying your salary, why yes it’s me the customer who you couldn’t even thank. And to Management how are you ok with this behavior she hates her job, bad day or not keep it at home!! Do better Subway, there are other sub restaurants taking your customers!

I order here often... the employees don't speak English only roughly only one does. I place my order always online, because I get to pick the time. Not sure why when I get there it's never ready and it's usually another 10-30 minute wait, when my app says ready! They say they've been busy with walk in orders we'll my money is already spent so I expect good service too. My money is green too, and already in the draw. I've had them substitute items without informing me, I find out once I get home and realize they gave me different bread or cookies. I'm just getting tired of them wasting my time. Truly the employees are not very friendly and the sandwiches are not filling. I do believe they are not giving the right amount to maybe save the owner some money! It's very upsetting as I do order often. Why place a timed ordered because its never done on time. Have more people or have one doing online orders only I'm not sure but something needs to change and please hire people who understand and speak English it isn't right that I have to smile and act like it's okay when it's truly not. The end go to another subway or jersey mikes like 2 minutes away! This place I'd like to recommend but truly cannot feel right doing so!

No line, we ordered, time to pay and another customer came up and they took her ahead of us. Waited almost 15 minutes while they waited on her. Asked if we could pay since we were there first and they said no. Walked out. Never go there again!!!!!!!!! Worst subway I've ever been to ?

This is by far the worst subway I've even been to. They've messed up my order multiple times, always skimp on the meat and I keep trying to give them a chance to do better as it is the closer subway to me. Yesterday was the last straw. Ordered 4 subs on the app and when I got there, they refused to make my subs and honor the buy ANY footlong get any one 50% off. Said the subs that I selected don't qualify and the owner told them not to make them. No call to let me know before I drove there. Then wouldn't cancel my order. There's no way to do so in the app. They told me to call corporate. Well, there's no customer service number to call. Now I have to see if they charged me for something they refused to make for me on my credit card. Ordered at another subway the exact same subs and had no issues. Avoid this Subway if you want your sub made correctly, if you want friendly service, and if you want somewhere that honors their promotions.

We attached photo was supposed to be the Beast that advertises a lot of meat and as you can see it did not. Anyone who has ordered the Beast before will know this is not correct.

We got lunch for everyone there, and all seven of us complained about the size and quality of our sandwiches. Go to Jersey Mike's instead. The Philly cheese steak will be three times the size. They also won't call a sandwich, "the Monster," and then give you the smallest Subway sandwich ever.
